posted a message on [1.10.2] CustomSteve 1.4.0Beta [Change the model of Steve to whatever you want!]

    Hello,

I'm having a problem with customsteve 1.10.2. Everytime I press f5, e for inventory or k for CustomSteve, I seem to ctd. My character is invisible when I press e, then I'd ctd. Pressing k basically instant ctd me. On first person though, I can't see my character's body upon looking down, I only see my default character's arm. The weird thing is my boyfriend and I have the same exact copy of the game and his game seems to be doing fine while mine isn't. But just to try it out, he put his whole game in a hard drive and I deleted my whole minecraft and put his minecraft in. It still didn't work, same issue. I even tried to use his account to see if it was the account issue but nope. Upon pressing f5, it'd say "Username CustomSteve Object Sound only loading..." and ctd instantly. Here's a picture I took as quick as I could before ctd: https://prnt.sc/guklar. I attached the picture in the post as well. I've never had a problem with customsteve mod. My boyfriend and I, we have the same java all updated, and the same graphic setting. We're using ATLauncher and ResonantRise pack with a few custom mods added into it. I upgraded from 1.7.10 to 1.10.2 because of Resonant Rise pack that I use.

    **UPDATE**

So, it turned out that it was my intel core graphic card causing the issue. I did these things. Right click on desktop> go to Nvidia control panel > manage 3D settings > program settings > select add > java.exe > select the preferred graphics processor for this program > change it to Nvidia if you have nvidia or something else. But if you don't have this option "select the preferred graphics processor for this program", then you'll have to choose nvidia or whichever graphics card you have and change it individually under the "specify the settings for this program". I also did the same thing for ATLauncher.exe.

Though it works, in our single player world that my bf made and I join his world through lan, we can't see each others' custom steve characters. :( When I press K for custom steve, it's saying it's in offline mode. I attached a picture of it for you to see. Not exactly sure how I can make it an online mode. I don't see any options in custom steve ini's. If you have any clues, it'd be nice to know.

So, we created a lan server and added custom steve server version for 1.7.10 and finally changed to online user but still can't see each others' models. :/

It's working now all of a sudden in 1.7.10. I change my mmd character, save, and turn the reload on, then I disconnect from the server and goes back in game and it works. But 1.10.2 wouldn't work at all :/ It still has this "offline(user)" thing.
