Another Major Revision. The pack has a public server associated with it provided by BisectHosting. You can also join our Discord should you so choose. I won't link the discord here in these forums as I do not with to break any rules. This pack continues to be actively developed and updated. It is purely designed for your imagination to go crazy. Even in Single Player. The experience is not limited to SMP.

posted a message on [1.19.2] Unplanned 2 - Sandbox Modpack | Do What you Want! Minecolonies, Dungeons, and More

Unplanned 2 is a Modpack that is the successor of Unplanned. Unplanned didn't make it out of Beta because too many mods started updating that broke other mods and then it became impossible to make everything work together. And also impossible to ignore some mod updates due to security fixes. I actually had no intention of making Unplanned but was surprised by its success even in Beta. So I decided to wait a while in the Minecraft background and let things become stable. Unplanned was made around the time Minecraft 1.19 was getting ready for release. So after waiting some time and letting mods update and letting Minecraft push itself to 1.19.2 I created Unplanned 2!

This Modpack centers around Mine Colonies and Dungeons. You can literally do whatever it is you want. There are no locks or walls or anything like that. This pack is meant for you to literally exercise your creative imagination. Do whatever it is you like and whenever you like. The goal is to do what you want! Build your own Empire/Kingdom/Colony with Mine Colony and defeat the Ender Dragon and other Challenges that present themselves in the pack. Overall, just have fun! There are Bosses from Alex's Mobs, Dungeon Mod, and a few others that provide a challenging experience. You may say, Ender Dragon? Really? To which I respond, yes really. This pack overhauls the entire Ender Dragon fight and makes it incredibly difficult. Nor is it a "simple" task to get to The End. You will have trials and Tribulations. No Spoilers.

After you have defeated the Ender Dragon you will be able to explore some new generation in The End dimension as well as participate in some of its unique dungeons. Or you may choose to continue to increase and enhance the size of your Empire/Kingdom/Colony etc. Or perhaps tackle some of the more "secret" bosses lurking within the pack. Regardless of what you decide, this is still Minecraft, and the choice is ultimately yours.

As for you builders! Do not worry, you are not forgotten. Tech lovers? I got you covered. Magic enthusiasts? You were in mind! Seriously, get out there and have fun! There are a large number of decorative mods in here to help you create a vast variety of constructs. Let your creativity free!

Want to do a review of the Modpack? A Let's Play? Something else really cool relating to the pack. DM me and let me know and if approved, it'll go right here on the Description Page!

    Let's see some stuff!!

Yes there will be a Wiki for this Modpack. It is vast and there are many pieces to it. I plan to have an in-game guide as well as a Wiki page and this will be updated accordingly.

I am proudly partnered with BisectHosting and yes this pack has been made to be SMP Compatible! Want a server to take on the trials with some friends or family? Check out BisectHosting and use my code above! I suggest around a 6GB to 8GB package

posted a message on [1.17.1] Fabric Eternal Modpack

Masterful Midweek Madness Update - This update was pushed out in the middle of the week because there were just too many mods that had some critical fixes in them to hold off any longer. So no new real "content" has been added to this update with the exception of a cute little TrashSlot that will show up on your inventory screens. This was mainly a utility update to ensure that some critical bug fixes in mods were implemented sooner rather then later. One big mention in this update is for all you Iris Shader users. Iris has forked itself out of Sodium and now hooks into Sodium instead of using its own standalone special version of Sodium. There is a whole awesome technical greatness about that for my fellow geeks out there........but all you really need to know is, you will have to re-enable Iris and now Sodium as they are disabled by default in this pack.

    The Discord: https://discord.gg/tVUC6tF9RB

    v 1.1.2
    - Added Trash Slot
    - Added Virtual Currency Modules for future use
    - Added Balm library dependency for Trash Slot
    - Added Sodium
    - Added Simple Rich Discord Presence (Experimental)
    - Added Geckolib
    - Updated Iris Shaders
    - Update to FabricAPI
    - Update Disable Custom Worlds Advice
    - Updated Expanded Storage
    - Updated Architects Palette
    - Updated Croptopia (EVEN MORE FOOD!!)
    - Updated Fabric Language Kotlin
    - Updated Falling Tree
    - Updated Fancy Menu
    - Updated Illiuminations
    - Updated Minecraft Dungeon Armors
    - Updated Minecraft Dungeon Artifacts
    - Updated More Banner Features
    - Updated Mouse Wheelie
    - Updated Patchouli
    - Updated Roughly Enought Items
    - Updated Voice/Proxy Chat
    - Updated Void Totem
    - Updated The Graveyard

posted a message on [1.17.1] Fabric Eternal Modpack

Fabric Eternal is designed to be moderate size but lightweight. It is primarily used for enhanced Vanilla Minecraft gameplay and for an introduction to modded Minecraft. Specifically the modpack utilizes the Fabric modloader. There are a number of new mods exclusive to Fabric that this modpack looks to utilize. The modpack is server friendly and is pre-configured and should work in an SMP environment.

Fabric Eternal is also designed to provide continue adventure. Your character is able to level up and you are able to explore vast dungeons and structures scattered throughout the world and obtain a wider variety of items from mods such as Minecraft Dungeon Armors, Weapons, and Artifacts. Take your trusty backpack, and venture forth to see what the world will generate. A currency system has also been implemented for Server owners. Basic vanilla mobs have had coin drops added to their loot tables. Server Owners or even Single Player users can I am sure come up with some craft uses for these coins. Have fun with it.

As time goes on the Modpack will be added to and stick with a "Vanilla with Sprinkles" type theme. As mentioned before this pack is specifically designed unlike my other packs. It is meant to allow players to dip a toe into the Modded Waters of Minecraft and offers an easy installation to Multiplayer Servers. I have also taken some time to put together a Patchouli Guide Book for new players. The Book should get auto-placed into your inventory upon joining the world.

This Modpack is again moderate in size but tries to stay light-weight and keeps a Vanilla Feel. Yes there is some "Alchemy" in the pack. But that is probably the most expansive of the "non-vanilla." It will be expanded on in the future and based on feedback that will guide how it is expanded upon. If you wish to start your own server utilizing this Modpack keep an eye on the project as the Server Pack will also be released and are pre-configured to fit. Because this Modpack is so light-weight you can likely get away with 4GB Allocation to Minecraft but your mileage may vary.

    The Discord: https://discord.gg/tVUC6tF9RB

NOTE: This Modpack does have Iris installed in it. However, because some mods are incompatible with Sodium and by extension Iris it is disabled by default. You can enable Iris if you so desire, but do keep in mind mods such as Secret Rooms and Art of Alchemy may have unexpected behavior/rendering issues.

posted a message on [1.16.5 Forge] M's Magix Modpack

M's Magix is a modpack focused around powerful Magic and Dimensional Exploration locked behind Game Stages. Explore, learn, craft and become a powerful Spellbinder. This Modpack utilizes some key mods such as ProjectE, and Xenos Reliquary to produce some very powerful Magical aspects. It also utilizes Create for any of your Tech or Automation needs as well as some complementary mods for that. As for the dimensional travel key mods such as Advent of Ascension, Atum, Twilight Forest and more are all present. The content in this Modpack is locked behind Game Stages and with the usage of Patchouli will unlock as you progress deeper into the pack.

The pack is further enhanced with some Rich RPG Elements like a custom HUD, which can be customized to your liking as well as various other mechanics such as Instanced player loot for enjoyment on Servers. There are truly powerful mods in this pack that can be unlocked once the work is put in. The Modpack also has a story to go along with it for those that are seeking some immersion. The story is expanding and can be added upon in future versions.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Academy is the dimensional authority on all things Magic. Some would even say it is a universal authority. The Academy offers regulation and control over magic so that it may preserve the delicate balance of the World and quell any influxes that may threaten that balance. It is because of their leadership that the World is safe and all people can learn to use and harness Magic properly. They provide and enforce the Rules and Regulations for Magical usage. They also train Spellbinders. Spellbinders are the enforcers of The Academy and are trained to handle any issues arising within the realms and usages of magic.

A.E.G.I.S. or Anomaly Effect Guidance Intervention System is a Magical A.I. that acts as the backbone of The Academy. It keeps track of all things magic and can detect any disturbances or anomalies across dimensions and planets. As a member of The Academy you are well aware that anomalies cannot go unchecked. They can upset the delicate balance that The Academy has preserved for years. An unprecedented anomaly has been detected and The Academy has sent you out, one of its S-Ranked Spellbinders, the highest rank obtainable. There is no Magic you are unable to utilize or are unfamiliar

    with......until now....

    1.2.0 - PokeCraft Reforged's Return!
    - This update marks HalestormXV's personal return the Minecraft community.
    - It appears 1.12.2 is still the sweet-spot for the Modding World.
    - All Mods in this pack have been updated to their most recent version.
    - Forge has been updated to its last release for 1.12.2
    - Removed Endergetics as it seems to have dropped 1.12.2 support.
    - Removed Get Pixelmon Button from the Main Menu because it's now on Curse/Twitch!
    - Glad to be back and supporting my packs again!

    Author's Note

I stepped away from the Minecraft World in general because life just put me in a difficult position and I had to make a number of sacrifices. All of my projects both Minecraft and Non-Minecraft were put on hold. I am happy to be back and although you never know what will happen tomorrow you can always control what is happening now. And now, I am back in the Minecraft World and working on this pack and one other unreleased pack. Updates may be slower, but I will continue to put work into this as I can see that its popularity hasn't really dwindled, especially now that Pixelmon is actually on Twitch/Curse. Thank you for the continued support, and sorry to those left wondering. It's a pleasure to be back. ~HalestormXV

I uploaded a hotfix. The BetterQuest book mod author changed his file-name so it didn't get recognized in the upload and got removed from the 1.1.6 version (only reason I didn't catch it is because my Dev build had it in there already). The version 1.1.7 re-implements it. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

It is up to you but if you don't want to wait for curse to approve the hotfix you can unlock the profile click on the "Get More Content" and manually add in the QuestBook. But Curse is actually pretty good with this pack and they approve my uploads fairly quickly. So perhaps in about an hour or so from this post it will be live on the TwitchApp.

EDIT: In the future if you see I am taking too long to respond on this thread (especially for game-breaking ones like this issue) please make a post on the project overview page over at Curse. I check the Minecraft forums often but I check my project overview page much more frequently and will catch things much quicker if they are posted there.

For some reason, I am unable to see the recipe for the Pixelmon anvil. The quest book says it's the next thing to do, but I cannot craft it. All the other quests above have been completed. The trader's market quest continues to want me to exchange my coins, which is fine. I cannot complete the steel quest because the pack no longer has the other steel (I started playing after that update). I really enjoy the modpack and would like to progress. Thanks for any help.

Sorry for the delay in response to this as my computer was misbehaving these past few days. This was an error on my part and should be fixed with this update that is pending approval at the time of this post.

Just as a note as to how it is done (as this came out with the recent update, make sure you did /bq_admin default load):

You will have to complete the Proper Defense quest and the Steel Smith quest. This will then unlock the quest to obtain Professor Oak's theory. Once you get that you utilize that book and unlock the recipe for the anvil.

Authors Note: This is a relatively large update as my Computer was suffering from a number of BSoDs for a few days and those are a pain to debug. No data was lost as I store everything separately, but it wasn't possible for me to upload the update until I fixed the BSoDs. Anyway, this update contains a huge number of mod updates and two new quest lines. As always, with any update you should backup your saves but especially when there is a quest update you should back up your data. Once you are logged into your word be sure to /bq_admin default load so that you can sync the new quest lines into your current world. Currently the Tinker's Construct question is still in the air. So if you think I should add Tinker's Construct to this modpack and remove some of the weapon and bow mods in here please vote at this link: http://strawpoll.me/18277470

I tried it but it still kept transforming over and over again. After further testing I found out that the script knows the variable has changed, but despite that the transformation still happens again and again. Here is my code after adding a variable:

I changed some stuff in the code but although you can now kill the boss it still won't stop with the thunder strikes and the explosion particle, so unless people don't like being struck lots of thunder bolts and a fake explosion I guess it's fine now? I still want the thunder and particle to stop once it happens once though.

Check my post above. I do the exact same thing to turn off my bosses explosion move. You can easily accomplish this by setting a variable to true when you want the move active and false when you don’t want it active. You can see I declare mine right at the start var explosionTrigger = false
