    Well that sucks, I have been idling in IRC as I can but due to timezones I usually miss him when he's on.

    There should really be a better way to get support. Bah!

    I guess if worse comes to worse I'll have to script an IRC bot that will message him with my problem if he comes on, which would be pretty sad. :wink.gif:

    'Ello,

    For some reason or other my Account has either gone missing or the recover password by email option is broken on the minecraft website.

    I Purchased back in march and took a little break after some binge playing then tried playing again in May and I couldn't login with the account name I made... or thought I had made. So I tried the password recovery by email on the minecraft site and got a "Couldn't find that user" error. I tried the email I purchased with and another just incase that I use and it came back with the same error. Maybe the password recovery by email is broken?

    I could not remember my exact account name or perhaps it's missing as almost every name I tried came back with couldn't find that user. One time I got an email has been sent out but I never got the email. (Yes, I checked in trash)

    I've tried emailing notch with the paypal transaction ID and the date I bought it from the email address I used when I purchased it twice, once in may and then again in june after he started working again. I tried signing up for twitter and direct messaging him but... It seems you can only direct message if someone is following you. I have waited around in IRC when I could as well but haven't been able to catch him there.

    Is there any other way to get into contact with notch so I can get this resolved and play minecraft again? >_>
