Hi everyone,
In 12th of December, I bought 3 gift codes from Minecraft.
Few days ago, these codes suddenly stopped working and they disappeared from my gift codes list.
I checked my Moneybookers, and there is not anything wrong with the payments. So Mojang charged me 80.85$ for nothing.
The codes just disappeared and stopped working without any proper reason.
I contacted Mojand and gave them the codes and the order numbers, but no response.

What should I do now?
Do they have any phone number so I can contact them?

Because you can't buy more than 5 gift codes using one account.
