Hmm, well how about sausage making? Seems a shame to have all that ale and no brats to cook in it. And if different strains of hops and grapes will be introduced I would suggest also introducing different types of honey, the type of flowers the bees have access to influences the flavour of the honey, so if you added some more fruit trees like orange trees you could have different variants of honey and mead.
That's a bit of a tall order ... but its been added to the backlog.
Development is starting up ... I brew beer and make wine so this is the perfect time to step and to do something productive for the community. Let's hear you feature requests! Once we get a GrowthCraft 3.0 we'll branch off to the new thread. All the kudos goes to Gwafu though for starting a great mod.

I actually brew my own beer and wine and offered to help out with the Mod. Now that he has released the source, I'll be adding Hop and Grape strains. So you'll soon be able to make stouts, porters, IPA's ,etc.
I have a large personal modpack that I play and I am getting the following Exception thrown from RotaryCraft. Any ideas what is causing the conflict? Linked to a pastebin of the crash report.
