Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ok, I know this has been attempted in the past. I know immediately most of the alphas will want to reply with "denied" but I am no longer the convict that people saw me as. Normally I wouldnt care for the unban, Viper let me transfer all my items from Gorea to stealthSloth so the Gorea account is useless. But, I really want to try my hand at being a Guard, despite wanting to be a guard I would like to remain a Free as Sloth. Now back to the question, Why I think I deserve to be unbanned, I am a loyal player, Ive stuck with convicted even though at one time it treated me like . I am glad to say the era of "ban Gorea asap" / Gorea is a horrible Glitcher is over, but Now im asking of a favor from the staff. To this point I only help rather hurt the server, I report glitch-able area's and help in any other way I can.
I know people rarely get unbanned but I think at this point in time It would be fair, I desperately need an alt and it would be a tremendous favor from you guys. Viper, noakii, and all staff, please consider, the only reason Im doing this is so I can be a Guard which is something Ive wanted to do for a while. Like I said, I am no longer a criminal. Thanks and I appreciate your decision, Bye.
Any additional information: If anyone thinks that I would not make a well suited Guard Im just going to say that my 7+ months here have not only made me pretty good at PVP but has taught me all the guard rules and technicalities. So dont let that effect your willingness to deny or accept.

Ok, the ban appeal above is there because I have to include one. I know this is going to be seen by a few alphas, maybe even a warden or two. I am tired of this constant effort of making an appeal, waiting a few days for some one to reply and inevitably hearing "no." This is simple, I want to be guard and Free, I bought an alt (Sloth) but he is (under these circumstances) a Main account. Unbanning Gorea might seem like a big deal but, its not. I might have done something in the past but after a solid 6 months of being a not only loyal but Helpful player I think it would be just. But seriously, I really want to have a Guard alt. Aldron, Im not saying dont kill him. that point Ive been arguing is this: "If a prisoner is seen by a guard with contraband and warps before the guard 1) asks for it and 2) tags him, the prisoner is safe." I dont get how a guard has the right to jail if they have failed to ask or tag the prisoner
I honestly haven't seen you pvp you just run. Also how can you enforce the rules if you are always trying to bend them?
Not saying anything about the unbann app just some thoughts that came to mind while reading that.
Pt, I dont fight alphas. Since your armor doesnt break, if you manage to slip in an opple every 20 seconds you literally can not die, even if I had prot 4 it would break by the time you ate 2 - 3 opples. And I dont constantly bend rules, That one rule just seems stupid to me. A lack of tag or calling doesnt give the guard authority, what if the guy was on Tiny render and didnt know a Guard was 50 blocks away?

I have a Suggestion Most Free's and Some guards wont like.
Disable OP apples.
OP apples are Just a Crude Way to win a Fight. It Really means you cant pvp well enough too win a Fight. I have Nearly killed Tons Of OP Frees until They Eaten that Apple to Survive. OP apples Give Players
A minute of Regen 4.
4 minutes of Resistance and Fire Resistance.
This makes them Immune to most attacks for 4 minutes
and then immune from Fire and Other Stuff.
in my View its Called a I Cant pvp apple

Jumbo, its actually 25 sec's of regen 4 and 5 mins of the other stuff. Heres the thing, Disabling them is bad. There is really no way to stop people from eating them but if you look at it from a Free's pov Guards are invincible if they have opples, our armor breaks. And if were in good armor (prot 3 / prot 4) it will be gone in seconds
Prison Rules says: Do not abuse PvP zones Plots and warp signs are treated as Non-PvP zones All will result in Jail time

Guard rules says: What to jail for: (Standard jail time is 10min) (5 sec countdown must be given)
Abuse of Non-PvP Zones (Includes plots)
Does this mean:
1. Plots really are safe-zones, like any other safe-zone and there are same rules?
2. PVP:ing at plots will result jail-time? 10min?
3. How Guards should react when they see for example 1v1 PvP at Plot, they just can't rush there and start fighting too, that would be abuse. Should they:
a. Ignore the PVP b. Jail them both
c. Ignore and do nothing 4. Are owners able to do free-kill at plot, if they first ask people to leave at plot, but they doesen't do that? What are owners position at plots?
Can someone please open more this rule, it needs to be more clear players at Convicted

Ok, Everyone Listen. I know im not the largest voice of authority on Convicted but when something like this comes up it really es my off how you guys dont see this. Plots are PVP areas, last time I checked I didnt have to warn a guy I was going to kill in B foyer with a second count down before I killed him. The whole concept that they are "safe zones" came from people going and hiding in their plots when being chased by guards. And to address the whole 5 second count down, that is a rule that ONLY applies to guards. I dont know if you guys recall but before the plot revamp that was a firm rule for GUARDS, they had to give a warning before they slaughtered you in their plot. To Free's it doesnt apply, were in prison. (to go more towards the RP'ing side)
So listen, Guard rule that has always been in place: Count from 5 before killing in a plot.
Im just telling people, this is how its always been. Guards must count, frees are fine. End of story. I didnt make the rule, its always been like this.

Ticket prices:
- Gorea ticket: 5000bp
- Wild-Gorea ticket: 8000bp
Prizes:
- Grand Prize: Protection 4 diamond armor - Secondary Grand prizes (W-tickets): [Sharp 4 fire II] or [15 Opples] or [75000bp] or [50% ticket*]
Secondary prizes: Anything from a diamond block to an Opple
Prize Upgrades: If 100 tickets are sold the prize will Bump UP. Every 25 tickets sold (after 100) bumps the prize to.
*A "50% ticket" is a ticket that I give you, I give you half of the amount of money made from tickets. (so if 200,000bp worth of tickets are sold you win 100,000bp)
You might be thinking, "what is a Gorea Ticket?!" A Gorea ticket is a new thing im going to start doing, A Gorea ticket can be used in a monthly raffle im going to hold. Every plot you buy from me will come with a Gorea ticket. Gorea tickets can also be bought from me.
These raffles will have several small prizes and one LARGE prize. The small prizes will range from a diamond block to an opple, the large prize can be anything from a sword to a set of armor or something rare (large prizes will ALWAYS be on the level of at least sharp 4 fire II or prot 4 all the way up to a sharp 7). The prize will be announced at some point of the month but here's the thing, Its not set it stone meaning it can change. For example, if the prize this month is a sharp 4 fire II but a large amount of tickets are sold it will bump up to a sharp 6 (it can go higher but this is an example).
Getting a Ticket: Any plot you buy from me will Come with a TicketGuaranteed! The only other way to get a ticket is to buy it directly from me. Tickets can not be resold because they will have the name of a player in it. The ticket price will be determined depending on the prize announced (*Note: Even if the prize bumps up the price of the tickets that month will stay the Same*)
Types of tickets: There are two types of Gorea tickets, a "Gorea Ticket" and a "Wild Gorea Ticket." A normal Gorea ticket only works for the person who's name is written in the book. A wild Gorea ticket is signed with no name so it can be resold for anyone to use, they also do not expire like a normal ticket meaning you can use in any month! (If you bring a wild gorea ticket to raffle you hand it to me in advance and I make you a ticket on the spot). Also: if you win with a Wild Gorea ticket, you can change your prize (**secondary prizes will be announced in the official forum post for that month's raffle). A plot bought from me will come with a normal or Wild Gorea ticket depending on its size or value.
