    Right now, yes. For 1.12.2 that is. The mod is open-source now though, so anyone can help me with porting it to different versions ;).

    Is there a possibility that you can make this mod compatible with mods like "more character models" "tails" or any mods on those lines?


    Yes, as of version 1.0.0 of the mod (in development at the time of writing), those mods will be compatible with Mo' Bends ;).

    To install the BendsPack, you have to get it from the web (a .zip file), which I presume you have done already :). Then, all you need to do is go to the root directory of the mods folder (the .minecraft folder, where you can locate all the texturepacks, the mods etc.). There, you should locate the "bendspacks" folder. All you need to do, is to put the unzip the file, and put the unpacked .bends file in the "bendspacks" folder ;).

    To use that BendsPack, just play Minecraft, and open the Mo' Bends Menu (default key to open it is 'G'). Then in the bottom right corner, you should find a button that says 'Packs'. After clicking it, a list of currently installed BendsPacks should appear.

    Your animation options are most likely turned off. Press 'G' to open up the Mo' Bends menu, and go into 'Player', 'Zombie' and 'Spider', and turn the animations on by pressing the switch below their respective avatars :).

    On a other hand, I had tried to do some things with a friend for some videos we were doing a while ago (and it looks sooo freaking good on a video battle) but while the custom making animation system was really well made, almost impossible to clearly figure out how to do things when we begin with it... guess a more in depth tutorial would be needed. Or it's just me.

    And I have no idea about this, but can you easily update a animation pack to a newer version ? Not about retrograding, since new content in older version, well...
    But like, to 1.7.10 to 1.8. Last thing, do you plan to update in 1.9 when forge will be out ? And if yes,have you something planned about the sword animation, since the spamming system is no longer possible ? The same would be good looking, but totally inappropriate about the damage...

    Anyway, great work with this mod, that I've been using for over a year :3

    The animations could be turned off by default, so you can turn them on in the menu :). If that doesn't work, there has to be a mod conflict somewhere.

    And Gob, I've had the same issue as in the previous page : 1.8 version didn't work when I tried it. To be exact, it said it was clearly installed and running the game, but the animation weren't here. For me, and zombies as well. I never had a problem with the 1.7.10 version though. I know I had optifinie, journeymap, and tweakinventory installed (maybe a other one, but I don't remember which). Maybe it'd be a problem that I have a steve model for my skin in 1.8 ? The zombie were working, so I'm not sure... A idea of what's up with this ?

    Are you able to open the Mo' Bends menu? The default key is 'G', but you can make sure what it is in the controls menu :)

    Sure man :). You can send it to me via e-mail to: [email protected] with a potential description, and a few screenshots ;). I've made a couple of changes to the bendspacks database, so it is now more newbie friendly :). It shows the recent made bendspacks first, so it is easier to balance it out.

    Alright, the new update is our with new new features you guys asked for =3.


    - You can now incinerate corpses when they are in direct contact with fire (not yet lava).

    - You can grab them and throw them around by any body-part right-clicking them with a stick :P.

    - After using a hoe on the ground, corpses within a 2 block radius will disappear.

    - Added a configuration file, where you can configure from how far away the corpses are displayed, how far into the distance they dispawn, how long they burn, and how they live before the disappear :).

    - Player corpses!!!

    Yes, and that method is actually partially coded already :). The thing I noticed, is that some custom behavior, like the ThaumCraft fortress armor, has some additional logic nested inside the model, so depending on if you are wearing the full set or not, different model boxes are set to show, for example ofc.
    That basically nullifies the compatibility. What I thought of, is instead of replacing the model with my own and transfering the boxes from the old to the new, just leave the old model, but replace the boxes with my own, so they are fully compatible :).
    I am trying to get my head around how to do that now, so it will take me some thinking xD
