There's a new mod called Slash Loot Conquer that does (or will do) a lot of the same things as Unique Artifacts.

As many times as Yoshi has reposted the story of what happened he's got to have it saved in a file for quick copy/pasting.

Simply hold it in your hand and type /projecte setEMC NumberHere
The issue with 1.13 is less new blocks, if anything we could release a build without the new items at first, and more the removal of metadata as we know it. Teaching ProjectE how to differentiate between NBT values is going to be a interesting process and delays should be expected.
Also true. Again, whopper.

Holy overhaul Batman! It's going to take a while for me to digest this one! Something tells me after things settle down there will be a new wiki. I actually like the theme of Doomsdays before and thought on them as using the "Doom Field" idea from Futurama to create magical effects. By dooming the negative you make a positive and vice versa. I guess you could say that by meddling with a basic aspect of the universe that you're basically recreating divine magic. A lot of the other stuff I can see as seriously rehashed progression. Interesting how a suggestion about using Anvils more turned into the focal point of the next generation's progression system.

Update Aquatic is going to be a real whopper for new material/item lines that need EMC values. I expect that's going to take a while to iron out.

I've been looking for a modern replacement for this mod for so long:
Congrats for doing even more!

Ideas for Vampirism Integrations with Evilcraft:
1. Blood conversion between the two. This is normally handled in the Evilcraft config, but if you want a better conversion rate than the default try here.
2. Condensed Blood can be a snack for Vampires and blood-related items (like various forms of bottled blood) from Vampirism can be sacrificed in Evilcraft's blood machinery for a quick supply boost.
3. Vampires should be able to drink from pools of liquid blood from Evilcraft as well as its containers (in inventory and in-world).
4. Biting Rejuvenated Flesh should provide blood for a Vampire. Think of it as a mobile blood sponge your fangs will enjoy sinking into.
5. Invigorating Pendant should temporarily stop sun effects for a continual cost in blood.
6. Wielding a Veined Sword should grant the Vampire twice the amount of blood for biting for biting a creature. It's a Vampire's new favorite weapon!
Sorry. The forum was behaving weirdly so I didn't think my previous attempt went through.

Ideas for Vampirism Integrations with Evilcraft.
1. Blood conversion between the two. This may be handled by Evilcraft via the config normally, but if you have your own ideas for conversion rate it could help.
2. Vampires should be able to drink from pools of liquid blood and be able to sip from blood containers both in the inventory and in-world.
3. A bite from Rejuvenated Flesh should still be possible as a Vampire and refill some of the Vampire's Blood Meter. Just a little something more lively to sink your fangs into. This is a high-tier item so it should certainly help any accomplished Vampire.
4. Condensed Blood should be a nice snack. Not as re-useable as Rejuvenated Flesh, but it could do in a pinch. Blood-related items (like the varieties of bottled blood) from Vampirism could likewise be sacrificed in various blood-based machines for a quick supply boost.
5. Invigorating Pendant could temporarily negate sun problems for a continuous cost in Evilcraft blood.
6. While wielding a Veined Sword a Vampire should get twice the normal amount of blood for biting a target.

Illusioners. Illagers that currently have no proper place in Vanilla Survival. Some mods like Gargoyles have already given them places to spawn. They fight using illusory duplicates, blinding, and ranged attacks with a bow.

Actually a modder named Nicosaurus Rex is authorized to port it to 1.12.2 and has made some progress. It took this long for the trees to be renewable so be extra grateful that he's also picking up loose ends!

Checking back on this mod it's fun as ever. The first time I tried the April Fools pet, it gave me something I forgot and a sound effect. The second time it just blinded me. Just like April the First itself, this pet is a joke and I love it.
Still waiting on that Discord server as I am already in the Twilight Forest discord and is slowly wandering away from Terraria again XP
I actually did the full quest on camera once. Purplicious Cow even congratulated me for pushing through the trolls. I really appreciated the Rick Rolls. I even grooved on camera to that. "Never Gonna Give You Up!"

I need to make something perfectly clear. Unless a mod is nerfing the process you don't need a Dragon Egg to resurrect the Ender Dragon. You just need to place the four Ender Crystals right. Consult the Minecraft Wiki for more info if you need help.

Allow me to make this perfectly clear. Unless a mod has nerfed the process you don't use the Dragon Egg to resurrect the Ender Dragon. This means every time you win you get an extra one. The only way you'd lose out on that is if you forget to harvest the Dragon Egg every time and just left it on the Ender Fountain. Then it would keep getting replaced with the next one. At least you wouldn't pointlessly lose it with the game rule active.

You must be thinking of an older mod. In current Minecraft you craft 4 Ender Crystals, place them on the sides of the "End Fountain," and watch the light show.

So far they're doing a good job with the Vanilla upgrade to the End. I'm a big Ender fan so I'm pretty pumped! Dinnerbone mentioned that there will be rewards on those Ender Cities. What could be worthy? Recycling block to get resources back? "Enchantment Siphon" to allow for ultimate enchantment sorting? A Vanilla telepad? I'm wondering what I'm going to get when I loot them! Those plants and new blocks will finally allow me to complete my Ender-themed building designs to.

I see Minecraft as both a game itself as well as a game engine. It is a primal base clay just waiting to be molded. It has a series of goals in it (the achievement system), but mod packs and Redstone mechanics can completely change what you goals are and even what is achievable. A good example of a mod pack that changes everything is Regrowth. Through a series of quests it leads you to the higher goal of regrowing the world you've awoken in and making it better. SethBling's mini-games are a good set of examples of altering the normal rules while still using an unaltered version of the game. Maybe after the upcoming Plug-in API and Modding API become official "Minecrosoft" will declare it as a game engine, but until then I'll just see it as both a game and a game engine.

I'm still hoping for a nice flying dragon mount and they are revisiting The End at least in terms of the fight. Since Wyverns are more like prehistoric dragons they might fit. Maybe like with Horses. Donkeys, and Mules Mojang could ask Dr. Zhark and his crew for help on Wyverns since they made them first?
Oct 10, 2012Especially high cost if you note that the current maximum spent on an Enchantment with an Enchantment Table costs 30 levels and the images have revealed 33 level costs or higher. The new experience system is easier to get to level 30, but rapidly gets tough after that. Given enough time you can always do so. Currently the Ender Dragon gives around 70 levels when e used to give over 100. I still think the Wither's 20 xp is too low. You should always be able to due a huge enchantment (or a big repair now) after a true Minecraft boss as a victory dance.Posted in: News
Oct 10, 2012All we need now is an "Uncrafting Table" that costs levels to remove materials from an item like in the Twilight Forest mod. Then many things become renewable because you can get some things renewable that have non-renewable components already. Need raw Diamonds to make a new Enchantment Table and Jukebox for a new base? Scavenge up some Emeralds, buy a Diamond Pickaxe from a Blacksmith Villager, then scavenge the Diamonds with an "Uncrafting Table." This would be particularly compatible with many mods that use otherwise non-renewable resources (especially Diamonds).Posted in: News
