Question: Will the presence of diamond tools and unrealistic mobs on the surface be configurable? If not, it would probably be a good idea to make it so, to allow for more compatibility with other mods. Second, will the revised farm mobs be usable for things like modded farms? (See first question for the reason why)
Question: Does anyone here know the best way to get clay and copper in this pack? I started out in the Alpha survival zone, and I've yet to find even a single piece of either. I can't progress anymore because I can't get grout for a smeltery or make a copper pick, so I'm stuck endlessly digging out tunnels with my flint pickaxe, constantly making trips back to make repairs. Please help!
So, how goes work on the future? Also, you guys really need to work on the wiki: it's seriously outdated and most of the content that's been added can only be seen by trolling through the various images on the wiki.
no remove those sugestions he takes it seriously then the mod is delayed and delayed and delayed for over a year now remove it now.
Alright, that's it. Every single post of yours I have seen has been either whining, a demand, or a feeble attempt at bossing others around. Grow up. You are not in charge here, so quit acting like you are.
I like the green one the best. Also, have some ideas!
Ammit: A hybrid of crocodile and lion with hippo-like tusks in its mouth, this deadly beast rarely spawns near desert temples, constantly prowling the area and attacking any intruders that come close. Killing it awards you a sweet head to mount on your wall, and any temple guarded by an ammit is guaranteed to have much better loot than a normal temple would.
Amarok: A massive wolf that roams the taiga and tundra biomes, this deadly apex predator is larger than a bear, and its powerful jaws contain a pair of bloodstained saber teeth. It drops its thick, warm pelt, which can be either made into a beautiful rug or crafted into a suit of armor as strong as iron that grants you a permanent night vision and speed buff as long as you wear it.
Dire boar: While much weaker than a creature like a dragon or gorgon, the dire boar is nonetheless a deadly foe. Almost as big as a horse, these ferocious beasts are immune to knockback, and will charge through open flames in a mad rush to sample your flesh. Luckily, if killed, you can return the favor by feasting on the large amount of pork it drops. (Could also drop its head on occasion)
You know what would be cool? A themed update where a bunch of "dino-birds," including Microraptor, Therizinosaurs, Yi qi, etc. were added to the mod, maybe with passenger pigeons and moas as well. Perhaps some decorations similar to the well-preserved fossils with feather imprints that scientists keeping digging up in China or some kind of feather-based decorative item could be added as well.
Better yet, why not a Plant Update, where everything from Cry Violets to Lepidodendron gets added in? Maybe you could be able to place some of the smaller plant species in volutes: there's dirt in it already, so why not?
I think that for dragon's blood, just having a permanent stat boost would probably be less...game-breaking than invincibility.
Also, have an idea!
Trolls
Health: Extremely varied, from the same as a player to about 30 hearts
Spawns in: Caves, rivers, swamps, mushroom biomes, jungles-basically anywhere with protection from the sun
Weaknesses: As long as they're in sunlight, trolls suffer from a permanent weakness debuff, but they can stop it by going into water or hiding in some shade; they're also pretty slow on land, making it easy to outrun them if you aren't looking for a fight.
Powers: Extremely strong, able to take a good chunk out of your health bar with each hit; heal from attacks at an extremely quick rate; can swim with incredible speed and breath underwater.

The ungulates are all either real or extinct animals except for the great blue ox: I based that one off of Babe the Big Blue Ox.

Will you be making any "bestial" mobs? (Corrupted Pokemon that take more inspiration from animals and prehistoric creatures)

Yeah, I do. I didn't have it the first time it happened, but I did the next several times.
