You definitely wouldn't be able to do anything like that with the default textures, but something like the Optifine mod should let you edit the players model. I know this isn't the answer you want but Minecraft skins sadly haven't had any advancement since the addition of the jack/arm/leg layers.

I'm feeling it might go beyond, this update is pretty massive and even with all the bugs squashed more will inevitably pop up before and post release.

Has the SSP (Survival Single Player) mod been updated to any newer versions? If not is there any similar alternatives? While Minecraft's internal server has gotten better it still can't quite reach that block/mod smoothness that we had before Minecraft 1.3.

I've had this issue also, so here's the solution.

1. Open up command prompt by pressing Windows + R and typing "cmd"

2. When the Command prompt opens up type ipconfig

3. Scroll down until you get see the IP labeled "IPv4"

4. Have your brother type the IP in the IP into the add server tab

It should look something like this XXX.XXX.X.XX:25565

Remember to use the port Minecraft gives you when you start open to LAN.

I made the Infdev clouds for Minecraft 1.15.2, I saw a thread from a few years back saying it wasn't possible, so I did it. It's just the cloud texture so it works in any version of Minecraft.

Try asking on the Optifine Discord server, somebody may be willing to help or just outright make the model.

I've seen many people claim you cannot return to previous Title Updates without Jtagging your console, this however is just not true. It's pretty simple actually and I'm surprised I haven't seen many people do it. You simply download the TU you want from where you want (The Internet Archive preferably, it has all them archived and it's the only place I trust personally.) Use Horizon to put the TU on the USB, take the USB out and put it in your console and move the TU to whatever drive you want to. Then you launch the game and you should be on that selected TU.

That's a fun one to remember, the first ever Minecraft video I saw I can only remember one thing vividly. The Let's Player was standing atop a mountain where he was building his base, the sun was rising and he was talking about how mobs burn to death in the sunlight. This was Summer 2010? I think. It's a little hard to remember because I was either six or about to turn six. That video stuck in my head till this day and I still sadly can't find it.

I can only hope we get mountains that are as good as those in Alpha/Beta or preferably even better.

I'd say 1.15, ignoring the polls since that can only give us a rough estimation. I just find it kinda unrealistic to think that more people are playing on a six year old version of Minecraft for just mods or older combat. Especially when most servers let you on even if you are on newer versions.

Yeah I suspected so, but after Phantoms were added I gave up on thinking what makes sense to add or not.

I noticed if you hook Striders on a fishing rod they get stuck in the air and are always forced on that layer. Even if you bring them back down to the ground they are still stuck on the layer where they landed.

I tried doing it to some freshly spawned Striders but they fall back down, my saddled one though will not come back down.

I'd day this the most excited I've been for an update since around 2014. I'm looking forward to it, the only complaint I have so far is that the Warped and Crimson forest just feel like a skin plastered over the default Nether.
