So far, disappointed with their customer service. Several days trying to get a problem resolved getting anywhere from 6 to 24 hours between responses to the same tickets. When talking to their 24/7 chat support they give you the canned answers of 'they are backed up and will get to you as soon as they can".
The services themselves seem effective, but be wary if you don't know all the ins and outs of managing your server, you will be down and out if you mess something up for several days. That and they do not support custom installs at all.
my first post here, first thing i want to say is this is a fun mod! If not a bit easy.
Other than a few things mentioned above me I also wanted to point out a summoned staff only has to be made once and you can summon unlimited number of guards with it? That feels way too pointless even if one of your guards die, just spam summon more to protect you? I'd say make it a 5 charge limit or something so if you get your guards killed or they die, you have to create another summoner staff.
