I have already updated the creative inventory screen a little, not the best but it works. Nevertheless I do not have all the skillpower to make this happen and I will need help.

Last September I started a server and well now I am looking for something to add to my server.
I need a massive continent, I have drawn on paper, turned into a minecraft map, I would like to have the height map too (I am going to ask someone on the cartographer's guild to colour it in for me like a natural map.
I want to see a few examples of your world builder creations when you apply to assist.
If you think you can do this for free I would be ecstatic; however, if you want to be paid I can also do that.
After I get the map done, I am going to be looking for a team of builders to build a couple of towns and cities to help get things started and then we should be good to start with the server.

Graphic Artist (Open) We are looking for an individual who can aid us in designing and creating a banner, emblem, and other website art for the server.
Plugin Developers (Closed) Once we have the need we will begin looking for individuals who can design plugins for the operation of some games and modes on our server.

Staff positions will be filled by individuals that the Admins and Owners deem the most suitable for the position. Individuals who join and constantly pester the staff for a position on our staff team will have a lower likelihood of obtaining the position they are seeking. Any staff member found to be inoperable for the server will be removed from staffdom.

The Admin position on the server will be the highest position attainable by an individual simply joining. His duties would be to ensure that the worlds are operating, the rest of the staff are behaving accordingly, and to report to the owners any issue that may be occurring on the server.
Admins should be active fairly regularly to keep on top of the issues that the worlds may see, keep themselves familiarised with the plugins and commands that are available to them on the server, be mature individuals, and have the ability to fun conversations with the rest of the server community.
Admins will have access to basically every command and permission that the server has to offer for them.

These are the second highest positions on the server (Architect is creative builder high rank). The builders of the server will be the ones who work to finish the projects of the server and overall improve the look of the current builds and landscapes. Builders will be the artists essentially on the server.
Builders need to be relatively active on the server in order to finish the projects at hand, should have mastered at least one build style or be proficient in server types of build styles. Builders will have access to some of the most powerful tools on the server (WorldEdit and VoxelSniper) so these individuals will be heavily screened on the internet for griefing histories (You will be allowed to explain yourself so we can still consider you), basically builders need to obtain at least a moderate level of maturity. Along with that you will need Optifine and our edited ResourcePack to excel as builder.
As stated before if you get this position you will be given various access to WorldEdit and VoxelSniper.

Mod is a low level staff position with low level commands to assist them in insuring the rules are followed and that individuals are not being corrosive towards the community.
The commands given to mod are Kick, Mute, and TempBan (Possibly a grief inspection command). That is all they truly need to operate, instant teleportation is not needed.
