Welcome to Bridgton, town of adventure and glory. Many adventurers have passed, seeking riches, thrill, fame, anything. You're one of them, eh? New, too? Good, good. You've even got money? Well hell, you'll be gone in a day or two then. Well, just remember. General Deepton's army is prowling. You can't be sure where they are or what they do, but be sure to know they're damn good with a sword. I hope you are too, or you're screwed, mate. Anyway, drinks are on me. I'll chip in a bit to your party's coin purse, get everyone some supplies and a shiny sword for me, eh? Anyway, remember, be on your guard, adventurer. Death is surrounding us in these dark days, and just remember... chivalry is dead.
Summary of the plot;
Basically, General Deepton is the commander of a massive army massing in the south. Their cause for rebelling is due to the fact every single political leader comes from the North, allowing the South to have no say. Their rebellion has lead to a civil war between the inhabitants of Minecraftia, as Deepton has a certain scientist working on a serum for creepers, to cure them of their basic features. His cure has worked, enabling creepers to become human-like in appearance, yet still able to produce an explosion. This serum has not altered their mindset at all, and they still are very much hostile to anyone but their rebel commanders. Our group is a small team set on destroying, or trying to destroy the rebellion via crushing their important figures, as well as destroying laboratories containing the serum.
In Minecraftia there is several general "classes", groups that people fall in. Some have powers, others have physical prowess or a special ability. You may elaborate and create new classes, but these are specific classes you must choose and elaborate on. If you wanted a hunter, you would choose rogue and say, Name here is a rogue, falling under the Hunter class.
Anyway, here's a list.
Warrior, usually a heavy-set group who wields swords and the like.
Rogues, a sneaky group specializing in light equipment and staying low.
Magicians, who can be any sort of magic users. Some utter phrases of power in old language, some use staffs that have been enchanted.
Cleric, a group of healers specifying in herbs and medicines. Sometimes can mix other herbs for buffs, or can supply support.
Beast, a shapeshifter who has been gifted the ability via magic to shift into a specific animal or being.
You may create any race you want, this is just the basic, most well-known and spread races.
Human, naturally. Boo-yah, humans!
Aquah, a species of water-going folk who do incredibly well in H2O, yet may walk on land easily.
Angelican, humans who have a distinct aura of mostly any color surrounding their bodies. Enhanced defenses allow them to take much more of a beating.
Gnoll, rat-like creatures who are usually discriminated against for their hateful, angry nature.
Ghoul, flesh-eaters who love raw meat. They usually go along with Gnolls.
Zayce, a long lost species that isn't supposed to really be alive. They excel in magic, and phrases of power. The more they train on that spell, the better they are. They are just like humans, except they may have slight deformities such as changed eye colors, different hair color, or anything of the sort.
Qua, the lazy bastards. They sleep at every possibility, and hibernate over winter. These fair folk are usually taller than the average human, and within a shaded blue to a light purple color skin. Although they are drowsy, the Qua as a whole are quick-witted. To counter that, they always have a lust for food.
Rules of the RP;
If the rule is crossed out, ignore it. Don't feel like renumbering everything.
Rule 1; Proper spelling and grammar would be a plus, even if you aren't amazing at roleplay.
Rule 2; Reread and double reread the post before you, so you make no mistakes and look silly.
Rule 3; Double posting is frowned upon, and only used if completely needed.
Rule 4; If you're not responded to IC, (in-character) you may either void the speech or, if a moderator approves, talk for them. But only if you use their personality.
Rule 5; If I do not respond to your application, whining to accept you will make me say no. Don't do it.
Rule 6; If you've read these thoroughly, put #!# at the end of your application. Make it visible.
Rule 7; THIS RP IS MINECRAFT-RELATED. If you wish to unearth dirt, use a shovel. If you wish to speed it up, use diamond. If you wish to farm, you can use a hoe.
Rule 9; Before a post, type <Character's name> as well as <1st Person/3rd Person> to avoid confusion.
Rule 10; Character's names don't have to be regular names, they can be something like Harsse Darken, but don't do something like Amanda Hugnkiss.
Rule 11; Signify in some way it's OOC (out of character) by symbols, such as * or ((
Rule 13; Ask a moderator for a time-change or weather-change via OOC symbols, but only if needed. You can do whatever you need to through the night. You don't need day to be able to cook.
Rule 14; No god-modding, and don't even try to control others characters.
Rule 15; If you somehow find an item in-game, do not make it overpowered. It may be magical or enchanted, but nothing more then a simple spell.

Name; Dredge Darme
Species; Ghoul, hell yeah.
Class; Magician, a magic user who has over time found words of power, phrases that enable him to summon ancient powers to aid him.
Skills; Dredge has accumulated many phrases of power over his lifetime, over fifteen. Most of them associate with necromancy and dark arts, although some of them are basic spells. He can use these at will, as he has them memorized. Dredge is also an unnaturally good swimmer.
Dredge has white eyes. They are completely solid white, and very mysterious and creepy. Along with that, Dredge's solid black hair is rare in ghouls. Their hair usually falls out at a ripe age. His didn't, remaining inside. Below his flowing hair are long elven-like ears, along with cheeks scarred and ripped, revealing his inner mouth and tongue. Rows of decrepit, sharpened teeth shine from inside, blood visible upon them. Wrapping surrounds his wrists all the way to his elbow, for padding. Upon his right hand is a crab shell, shards of rock sharpened down deposited on them. The same covers his left shoulder, giving him an eerie sense of dread and terror. A strap carries down from that shoulderpad, all the way to his belt. His belt is more of a cover for his man parts, mixed with underwear. A sickle hangs from the belt, pushed through a loop. He wears nothing else, as his feet are toughened and can handle rough terrain.
Dredge was a kid when it happened. 19 years old and he was infected. Doctors could do nothing but hope for the best, and that the infection would cleanse over a period of time with regular dosages of holy water. Of course this did nothing, and he succumbed to the virus. It wracked his body, leaving him a pale blue color, skin falling off, and with a lust for meat. Lots of it. He began living by himself, in a shack miles outside of town. His parents rarely visited, once every month or two. Priding in a magical phrase he found in a book in his old shack, he began a journey to gather the phrases.
Years passed, and he carried many spoils. Nine phrases were among these, seven of which were dark arts. Eventually he memorized them all, sometimes practicing on the carcasses of animals. Through a simple phrase he resurrected a raven from his eternal slumber, and assumed position of the rightful spellcaster of his area. This is where he is left off, sometimes questing for new scrolls, sometimes simply using his powers for no reason at all.
