Actually it's more the other way around if people from the circle of magic can/want to check out the server i'm currently playing on as its dying due to lack of people. If not id also really appreciate if anyone got any god ideas to keep it from dying aka what a makes a rp server popular

You should probably check out http://minecraft-server-list.com/sort/RP/, compare what the dying server that you play on lacks compared to other RP servers and then see on ways of improving it!

Ooo, I'm digging the new picture Reaver :D

His picture is from the Agion's Steam group. It's based off of a Magic the Gathering Sorceror wallpaper.

I, Furyion , a magi member of CoM, vote for magix39 (i.e. magee) to be the next Arch-Magi.

I have served with him before on the Council. During that time, I did not see that much from him on the Unnamed, and that was due to my own and DraXX's error of not getting the rest of the Arch-Magi fully involved with the server (something we regret a lot). But with that said , magix was informative and spoke his mind at the Council meetings, more than anyone else and almost all of his ideas today are still with CoM. I have seen how active he can get when he puts thought into action, and that action motivates others to do the same. Most Arch-Magi can say that they want to do a project or build a city, but do they accomplish it? I know magix can, and I've seen it before: on Epitaph, on the Unnamed, and on the Agion. That is why my vote/nomination is to him.

And still Mr. No Speak with a Mic Man? ^_^ I remember that even during the time of CyborgDragon, Magix was the only Arch-Magi that typed instead of speaking. He must have robot arms or something . . . ;)

The server has to crash when fury logs in doesn't it!! :L

Well if that was the case, then it wouldn't be fair to say that I was "crashing in on my old clan" now would it ? ^_^

As some people have noticed from the Agion group page on Steam; yes, I've returned to the States from my long deployment overoseas to Japan, which due to the time zone and the amount of work on my planes, 0 gaming time was included :S

So now that I'm back in the States, I'll be recovering little by little on the amount of this new Minecraft mod (Smekkit or tekkit? :P ) I will be able to indulge. The past two days, I've been lead around by the hand by Ace to several Tekkit servers so it would be nice to see the Agion and call it a day :)

I hope to see some of you guys online sometime and if you have any questions, you can find me on either Steam or Skype.

Sorry for the Inactivity, but as most people know, I am in the middle of the process of transferring to another command. I transfer over Friday and report in by next Tuesday so it's been quite a hassle to get arrangements made during this period.

As for the bug giving people the error message; it was due to Modify World creating a new permissions called modifyworld.login which every rank must have in order to login to the Agion. The permisssions ranks have been changed, and everyone should be able to login now.

The moderator applications have been coming in for the past week and a half and I have been viewing them with much anticipation. I have also been given a list of people's suggestions for who would be a great addition to the Staff Team and I have made a decision on who it will be (one moderator for now). Later on I will announce the moderator at the next server meeting (which is to be announced).

The Donator Rank as well has been discussed and I will look into starting it up/opening it for players by March 15th. Some of the abilities that Donators will gain over regular citizens are:
~ The TP permission ability (/tpa,/tpa
~ A section of Spawn City will be labeled out as the Donator Sector, in which Donators only will be allowed to build/maintain.
    ~ The /back ability.
~ Warzone Building/Maintaining (Donators/Expert Citizens (to be announced) are the only people besides the clan leaders/server staff to be able to modify WarZones when not in use. They have the ability to help the server staff in the customization of these warzones.
~ A bi-weekly deposit of money (the money amount will be revised later).
~ All expense paid trip to Fury's house (haha)
    ~ More LWC free protection.
~ Heroes customization for the classes.

More permissions/abilites will be added to the list, but that is the rough description of the donator rank so far.
As hgn has put up, an issue towards the admins being biased and/or have a like or dislike for people has been an issue that some have shown or expressed with me in personal conversations. Once I have settled in at the next command and have fully setup everything that is needed, I will relook the punishment system and see if we can turn back towards a more settled matter. The idea of respect goes both ways. While the server is not perfect, members will still need to respect that those who pay the bills and work nonstop to hear and act on what you guys suggest for the server happens, should also be taken into account. But back to the issue towards admins being biased; that is why, effect immediately, all staff members (either KoA, CoM, or KoL) will not be joining any faction and will not be represented by a faction tag.

As towards Valdrec, I have read and understood most of your personal messages on the matter of why you were banned and your issues with the Agion. I understand them all, and how you game and make a image of yourself on the server or with the other members does carry on; and I believe that is what happened when the Agion transitioned over to it's new server earlier last month. However, the admins and myself don't get involved with how you guys think of each other. The ultimate job of changing how a person thinks of you is your job; and whatever method you have to perform in order to get that person to like you is up to you (I've seen people kiss royal butt in order to do this, I don't advise it) but that's just how online gaming goes.

An issue towards the biased opinion of either the admins/server towards small and major clans has been put out and I'll make an official statement now on the subject. The idea behind a small clan going major is the perk they get:

~ A Voice in all server meetings
~ A WorldGuarded protected region of their own, free of pvp, griefing, etc.
~ The two protectorate clan clause

What started off at the beginning of the server was not that. When factions was first introduced, I thought it would be beneficial for the smaller clans since they could gain some protection of their own while they were offline, but yet not have full 100% protection like a WorldGuarded region could. Factions was being more used towards the larger clans, so Factions was remodeled towards smaller clans once again. We will discuss how Factions will properly be setup at the server meeting but here was the message I wanted to put out.

Everyone wants to see their clans take off and become a great success, either if it's gaining a large number of members or becoming a community or family in itself that is strong. That is what I base a major clan out of, the ability to successfully grow in a community/family. But also due note that I wish for that clan to remain itself, and not become a sub-clan or a continuing off what another clan already has. CoM is not my only home, yet I come in from time to time and analyze how they are doing. The same will be done with the smaller clans. if I see them start to fall/die down, I will step in and see if I can give advice since their participation on the server makes the server better. And while they continue to grow, they will be rewarded with stuff such as city protection and the ability to gain their official voice at the server meetings ( I take everyone's opinions anyways to heart, but at least then they can be official to everyone :) )

I apologize for the large message once again, but the private message that was sent to me was quite urgent so I stepped out of the office to deal with it.
