Actually, I used to have Modloader, TMI, AudioMod, and Optifine, and when I tried to install Creeps and Weirdoes, it wouldn't work. Is Optifine supposed to be the last thing you put on, a finisher of sorts?
I decided that I'm going to mod my game. I'm going to download the mods: ModLoader, AudioMod, TooManyItems, More Creeps and Weirdos, MoCreatures, Millenaire, Optifine, and SinglePlayer commands. Is there any specific order in which I should download these mods?
a bit off topic, but 1.10 is actually the correct number here. There is no 1.10, nor will there be a legit 1.9 it seems. But earlier in the year, it was mentioned that the update after 1.9 would be 1.10. These seems nonsensical at first, but remember, these are not decimal numbers, they are version numbers, the point is a separator, not a decimal. Just like the point in an IP address 192.168.1.1 for example is not the same as 192.168.1.10.
OT: It seems 1.9 will not happen as a full release, we will get pre-releases until Minecon. Any pre-release after Tuesday or whenever will consist only of bug fixes due to the feature lock. Once Minecon hits, the game will be released fully, and Mojang will go back to flushing out any missed content should it be needed.
Yes, but when Notch said that, he was talking about releasing a Beta 1.10, that's not what the real deal is going to be called. The first Alpha was 1.0, the first Beta was 1.0, and the real thing will be 1.0.
Fraps, which cost about $40, or Camtasia which costs an assload of $300. Both are decent programs. Or you could go the free way and get Camstudio or Hypercam. Really, Camtasia is better, but I'd suggest Fraps for it's price, both Camstudio and Hypercam are pretty crappy.
Well, sorry to break it to 'ya Zeke, but Jeb said there won't be another official release until MineCon, which is November 18, and that they're gonna keep doing pre-releases.

I just tried installing this mod (I have Modloader and Audiomod) and when I finished the install, I saw that none of the items were in my Too Many Items, and no matter how far I looked, I couldn't find any Creeps/Weirdos. Any help? Yes, I'm playing on the default texture pack.

Same, I'll switch to the pre-releases occasionally to check them out, but that's it.
Also, GordonChin, back then he was still talking about Beta. The official release will be 1.0.

Yep, which will be the next release.

Yes there are, big differences actually. The only thing though is that they are so small that you'd have to be looking for them to know.
