I downloaded the mod and put it in my mods folder, but when I start up the game it says the mod isnt there. No error or anything, the game just says it doesn't exist. Any suggestions?
Same. Make sure you download WPML, and from the "ad-fly" link. The non ad-fly link gives you the wrong version, as it turns out.
I hated being young. I hated people my age, I would rather hang out with the adults than other children. Many adults treated me as another adult which made me even more socially awkward around people my age, because all they wanted to do was call each other "gay" and make sex jokes. Ugh.
I like that Minecraft, just as it is in gameplay, is infinite, in it's modding capabilities.
Think about other PC games. Yeah, you can add *basically* whatever you can dream with mods, but you just can't do it quite like you can with Minecraft.
I don't consider Minecraft a game. I consider it a canvas. (In fact, it's actually a really good place to start when prototyping your own games, trust me.)
Yeah, stuff like that happens. Just a glitch most likely.
One time on Hypixel's server we were all teleported to the roof on the outside dome for the TNT run game. People were just chilling up there leveling up. I accidentally fell into the void.
Hey, all. I have been doing test runs with my custom mod pack (which consists of about 140-50 mods) and I just added EnviroMine. I get this strange log in my console when I run Minecraft (no crash though):
"The mod EnviroMine has attempted to register an entity ID 3 which is already reserved. This could cause severe problems"
Now, I know about IDs and ID conflicts. I solve them all the time. But... an entity ID? I Googled the issue and found a few other posts about it, but they never got resolved and I would just like some clarification if anyone has any. (Or a solution if anybody happens to have one.)
I don't know what mods are clashing. Also, I would post this on the EnviroMine post but it's pretty in depth, so I just made a new topic.
Even if you have a crappy computer, the difference in performance playing Singleplayer (without a server) or on a server, is beyond negligible.
And even if you did get a frame or two more (even 10):
Servers cost money. Do you really want to pay monthly for a service that you are not using?
Not worth it. At all.
The reason that some people get better performance on servers is because the server itself is handling things that the client no longer needs to worry about. This, like I said, might give you a couple of frames extra, but it's not going to outweigh the monthly payment, as I said.
Not only does this kid know internet etiquette, but he fails to recognize human feelings, and it is obvious that he is more than likely selfish.
*Doesn't. Doesn't know internet etiquette, I think you were trying to say.
I think he's just a young kid who doesn't know how to use the Internet socially. No need for people to start drawing conclusions about why he is a horrible, selfish human being who is an advocate of slavery and what not.
Remember your post on your other topic about getting good moderators and admins? That's not going to happen if you offer it to anybody who thinks of some random name for you.
Anyway, I'm really bad at naming things.

WeeMC... but that might cause children to giggle. But it rhymes.
Now before everyone rants on me and yells at me let me explain. There is no way, no matter how "close" or "nice" two people on the internet are, to be friends. Your talking to bits of information shuttled through cables to a LCD screen slapped on to a hunk of metla, sillicone, and plastic. The only way to have a real, lasting relationship with someone is tomeet them in real life. Which on the internet is extremely stupid, don't do it. Ever, I mean ever. It very well may be a child predator that will beat, rape, and possibly murder you if you choose to meet them someplace. Don't be stupid, stay at home.
Make friends in school, join a club, or start playing a sport. I'm not saying no one on the internet is fake and a phony, but you can't rely on people you can't physicly (irl) see to be your friends. I love playing on the internet, and I love the minecraft communities ON the internet.
TL;DR
The internet is great, and I love it. But relationships found there and ONLY there are not lasting or solid relationships.
Annnnd now I'm going to get mad, SHUN HIM FROM OUR GROUP. You have just told a public forum how you have SHUNNED a HUMAN being from your "group" and need a replacement? You treat human beings like they are CAR PARTS YOU BAS****! I wonder how "Jake" feels now that you've dumped him because you just didn't want him any more. Like friends are disposable. you are a sick, disgusting child and if you don't get your crap in a group YOU are the one going to get shunned from you sick little cult of pre pubescent sickos. Have a nice day <3 Your tag disgust me, "bff" tell that to "jake" you b****
Woah, dude. He's obviously a young child who doesn't really know internet etiquette. It's funny but not an excuse for your "mad rant" at the end.
Thanks for explaining to him though "friends and the internet". Kids don't get that these days.

I haven't tested it yet, but I'm about to.

Where can I get 0.8?
Edit: I was in a hurry and used the non-ad-fly link. It gives the wrong version.
