Frostie, there are a few problems with your application.
First, your definition of what powergaming is isn't exactly correct, please take a look at some past examples of definitions given, then provide one in your own words.
My largest issue with this application is in the character backstory. For starters, at the age your character set out from town, the pact war was still going on. This means that the only town where they could conceivably be from is Barkamsted, and your character would not have encountered smaller villages. While there is some racism present between different races, of course, there weren't small elven villages anywhere where your character might have travelled, as the pact war had done well to push almost everyone to Barkamsted.
Please re-read our lore, and edit accordingly. Taking a look at some past applications might help you get an idea as for what the world is like!

His set of armor he wears is leather and has a pointed helm with a face guard shaped in the face of a bear. There's a lot to say about Evan Stormwind, but the biggest two things to know are that he's relaxed and understanding. Of course, he's also incorruptible, insightful and dedicated, but in smaller doses. His relaxed nature, though, this is what he's so well-liked for. Friends usually count on this and his compassion especially when they need comforting or support. Nobody's perfect of course and Evan has a fair share of lesser days too. His argumentativeness and superficial nature do cause plenty of friction and beyond what people are willing to deal with.
-Character biography:
Evans innocent, talkative, analytical and perhaps a little too selfless. But what'd you expect from somebody with his position? He was born in the city of Barkamsted but was put up for adoption by his biological parents when he was around a year old. He was shortly adopted due to his adoptive parents having a fascination with the boy's gray eyes. He lived happily with his mother and father as they owned a shop in Barkamsted up until Evans early teenage year where they moved to Falkvard where they set up business there and his parents had a biological son who would become Evans stepbrother. They were peaceful until their father was called upon to fight alongside the alliance to finish off the Pact War. Evan and his mother were devastated to see him go and Evan tried to offer to take his place but his father said no and this was something he needed to do to keep them safe.
So Evan worked alongside with his mom and they ran it well until Evan met an Elvan woman who was young and beautiful. They talked and talked and eventually fallen in love, but they knew this wouldn't sit well with some people in the Alliance even though the Pact war was almost over and the enemies weren't the elves. They met in secret and she even taught to use a bow as she was highly skilled in bowmanship and they spent a couple years together. Unfortunately, as they spent time together Evans father returned and when he told his father and mother who he was seeing they were not happy with who he was in love with him and sent him off on his own. He was well old enough to live on his own and he and his now wife elf took off and joined the final fight in Hell to end these portals. When the gates were almost closed making their way back him through hell out the portal his group was ambushed and his wife was stabbed through the heart right in front of him. Evan quickly caught her as he fell to his knees with her in his arms. Nothing mattered to him at that point in time and he stared as his Wife said her last words. In a fit of rage, Evan fought with his group and finished off the ambush of demons. He walked over to his wife and closed her cold eyes and gave her a kiss on her forehead. He took her bow and looked deeply at it as he rushed to catch up with his group. A couple years passed and with peace Evan spent time collecting himself and exploring the land. He became an adventurer finding new things. After a while, he became tired of the lands and wanted to head back to the city. Evan has thoughts of maybe joining the Explorers guild to continue his exploration journeys or just keep to himself and try to enjoy life as that's what his wife would want.

You’re walking around the markets at around noon. There’s a lot of people around you, still gathering their items as they prepare to shut down their many stands. Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed.
Evan let out a chuckled as he quickly spun around and quickly chased the boy across the marketplace sliding through a stand to catch up with the boy. Evan leaped over the stationed cart and tackled the boy down the street. He lifts him from the arm and snatches his coin purse from his hands as he says, "You know you got a lot of nerve stealing an adventurers money boy. If you wanted some food all you had to do was ask". The boy cries and responded with, "The people of this city don't care about anyone's well-being but their own". Evan let out a sigh as he let go of the boy and walked over to the stand. "Can I get two loafs of bread please?" He says as he turns to the boy and smiles.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.
Evan was walking as he couldn't wait to get back to some civilization since he's been out in the woods for a while. He walked by as he heard some whimpering further away. He rushed over to see the wolf caught in the bear trap and the puppies close to the wolf. Evan looked into its eyes as they made eye contact and continued to whimper. "You got to be kidding me" He lets out as he contemplates what to do. "This is not what I need right now". He ponders for a second and pulls out wraps and some healing herbs from his backpack and bends down to look at the trap. Evan examines it and puts his hands on the trap. He pulls it apart with all his might get its off the wolf and the pups come to nurture their hurt mother. He fed the wolf some herbs and wrapped its leg. As soon as he finished he said, "Now don't go terrorizing the villages okay?" He let out a laugh knowing the wolf probably can't understand him. Yet he knew that leaving the wolf to die with its pups isn't what the love of his life would want him to do.
I'm looking for a sever with some good Rp aspect in it because I do enjoy that in minecraft. But this server looks very promising and Id love to join and experience all this server has to offer.

Aside from the survival and freedom this server seems to have I am really looking for the Rp side of this server since i really do enjoy that and virtually becoming whatever I want to be!

The scarf was sometimes use as a cover his head through the dreaded heat of the wasteland. In his backpack he carries a water canteen, couple 9mm bullets, little bit of food, and cigarettes.
Personality: Oskar has a quick thinking and Perceptive way towards things that happen to him. Being self discipline he is unfocused some of the times. His lifestyle is being adaptable, and Resourceful when coming down to situations. Being around his friends who were like family Oskar is people- oriented. He can somewhat blunt and in some emotional state can get aggravated.

*Being as charismatic as he was he tip them off some caps and they let him right in. Going through the whole crowd of people dancing and throwing there caps away John made it up to the top stairs and found the casino owner lounging in his chair.

*As that happened the owner turned around holding a small semi-automatic rifle. He loaded and fired at John.
* Through quick instincts John ran taking cover. This a stand out and they fired against each other until one person had to reload. Luckily John had the upper hand carrying two guns. As the owner turned and duck to reload.
*John leaped around the broken chair and fired his bullets aiming for his head.
* The owner ducked a few shots but ultimately finished the guy off with a bullet straight to the mouth.

Oskar grew up in a small broken town in the Mojave wasteland. It was rural and in the middle between Nevada and San Francisco. He never knew his parents and was raised by his best friends parents. When Oskar was old enough he helped out the family in anyway he could such as working in shops and working around town. The father was a courier and the mother owned a small shop that sold general stuff. Working until he was around his older teens his friends father offered him a job as a courier. He refused the offer and continue to work the shop with his friends mother. Unfortunately one day the town was raided by a huge group of tribal raiders. Taking everything and showing no mercy to the town. They tried to fight back, but sadly to no avail. Oskar and his friend ran from the town as fast as they could. Making it through the harsh Mojave wasteland they took care of each other as they tried to find a new place to call home. Making it to San Francisco they took jobs to survive.
Oskar's friend Johnny opened a general shop like his mother in the town called Primm. Oskar signed up for the NCR, but eventually became a courier. Taking packages between town to town for the next couple months. Another couple months went by and his friend Johnny came down with radiation poisoning and became very ill. Oskar did everything he could to keep him living longer and longer, but sadly his friend passed while Oskar was on a courier delivery. Heartbroken from his best friends death he started to gamble night and day to relief some sort of pain from him. He did pretty well for the first couple of times, but after a couple weeks he started to lose lots of money. One day he bet his last caps and couldn't pay back the owner. He tried bribing them into giving him more time, but they knew he would run and they beat him, tied him up, and dumped him in the outskirts of salt lake city, Utah. Waking up on the side of the road he only had his backpack with his gun taken but bullets left. Oskar vowed to kill the owner of the casino for dumping him out here and get his money back.

Leevi was born in whiterun and belong to noble family. His father a heroic knight and close friends to the Jarl of whiterun. As a child Leevi wanted to become just like his father and fellow in all of his footsteps. After his mother died of natural diseases his father retired and took of the blacksmith shop in town. At the age of six Leevi has been learning how to smelt metals and refine into weapons and armor. Each time Leevi improved more and more at blacksmithing. It became a passion as well as a hobby. Naturally learning how to blacksmith he also was taught how to use and fight with what he crafted and excelled at that as well. Years later at the age of sixteen he was accepted into the fighters guild of whiterun. They saw him as a fine warrior and excellent fighter. His years of the fighters guild didn't last for that long. Leevi and his father discussed about the wars and religious problems occurring in Tamriel. His father being old knew his time would come short so he told his son to travel to Akavir for one soul purpose. Leevi's father heard rumors that Akavir was calling for warriors and adventurers. His father wanted leevi to become an adventurer and have a more exciting life than what he had. Leevi accepted this and setted off for akavir.
Leevi traveling in his own crafted armor and weapons sailed for Akavir. One of his long time friends was a sailor that traveled between Tamriel and Akavir all the time for the trading business. Though the day Leevi sailed a dragon had attacked their ship setting it ablaze. Men were rushing around trying to escape. There were several small boats that they used in case of emergencies. Leevi rushed to a boat though right as he was about to board he heard his voice being called out. It was leevi's friend he got him onto the ship. He was trapped under broken wood and barrels to heavy to lift on your own. Leevi rushed to his friends aid and pulled him out carrying him towards the boat. Escaping the now destroyed ship they sailed through broken debris until they were able to reach Akavir. Leevi set out of his adventure to find out what his father meant when he spoke of warriors...

Name: Oskar Mercado
Nickname: Just Oskar.
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Appearance: Mexican-American. Around 5"9 and has a built lean body type. Oskar has dark brown hair and a dark tan skin tone. His eyes are dark blue and his body is built and lean. He wears a long sleeve white shirt with tan beat up pants. Carrying a backpack he wears a short blue scarf around his neck. The scarf was sometimes use as a cover his head through the dreaded heat of the wasteland. In his backpack he carries a water canteen, couple 9mm bullets, little bit of food, and cigarettes.
Personality: Oskar has a quick thinking and Perceptive way towards things that happen to him. Being self discipline he is unfocused some of the times. His lifestyle is being adaptable, and Resourceful when coming down to situations. Being around his friends who were like family Oskar is people- oriented. He can somewhat blunt and in some emotional state can get aggravated.

John: *John Shows up into the the casino. Carrying two pistols he was assigned a new bounty on the owner of the casino. He remembered it being out him not paying money to the boss. He came up to the front where two men approached him. They asked him to take out any weapons he was carrying.
John: He said with a slight smirk, " Comn gentlemen I can persuade you instead of making me go through all this trouble"
*Being as charismatic as he was he tip them off some caps and they let him right in. Going through the whole crowd of people dancing and throwing there caps away John made it up to the top stairs and found the casino owner lounging in his chair.
* John said right behind him, "Boss says to take you out. So how are we gonna do this?"
*As that happened the owner turned around holding a small semi-automatic rifle. He loaded and fired at John.
* Through quick instincts John ran taking cover. This a stand out and they fired against each other until one person had to reload. Luckily John had the upper hand carrying two guns. As the owner turned and duck to reload.
*John leaped around the broken chair and fired his bullets aiming for his head.
* The owner ducked a few shots but ultimately finished the guy off with a bullet straight to the mouth.

Oskar grew up in a small broken town in the Mojave wasteland. It was rural and in the middle between Nevada and San Francisco. He never knew his parents and was raised by his best friends parents. When Oskar was old enough he helped out the family in anyway he could such as working in shops and working around town. The father was a courier and the mother owned a small shop that sold general stuff. Working until he was around his older teens his friends father offered him a job as a courier. He refused the offer and continue to work the shop with his friends mother. Unfortunately one day the town was raided by a huge group of tribal raiders. Taking everything and showing no mercy to the town. They tried to fight back, but sadly to no avail. Oskar and his friend ran from the town as fast as they could. Making it through the harsh Mojave wasteland they took care of each other as they tried to find a new place to call home. Making it to San Francisco they took jobs to survive.
Oskar's friend Johnny opened a general shop like his mother in the town called Primm. Oskar signed up for the NCR, but eventually became a courier. Taking packages between town to town for the next couple months. Another couple months went by and his friend Johnny came down with radiation poisoning and became very ill. Oskar did everything he could to keep him living longer and longer, but sadly his friend passed while Oskar was on a courier delivery. Heartbroken from his best friends death he started to gamble night and day to relief some sort of pain from him. He did pretty well for the first couple of times, but after a couple weeks he started to lose lots of money. One day he bet his last caps and couldn't pay back the owner. He tried bribing them into giving him more time, but they knew he would run and they beat him, tied him up, and dumped him in the outskirts of salt lake city, Utah. Waking up on the side of the road he only had his backpack with his gun taken but bullets left. Oskar vowed to kill the owner of the casino for dumping him out here and get his money back.

Leevi use to wear his own crafted heavy steel armor but once he realized he felt uncomfortable he went with a black light armor instead. As for weapons carries two light steel swords he wears one on each side of his hip.
Personality: Leevi is a very social person and tries to make friends out of anyone. His father being one of his best friends always joked around so naturally Leevi picked up a good sense of humor. People like to be around Leevi once you get to know him. Though he sometimes is arrogant and maybe rush into things without thinking it out first,

Leevi was born in whiterun and belong to noble family. His father a heroic knight and close friends to the Jarl of whiterun. As a child Leevi wanted to become just like his father and fellow in all of his footsteps. After his mother died of natural diseases his father retired and took of the blacksmith shop in town. At the age of six Leevi has been learning how to smelt metals and refine into weapons and armor. Each time Leevi improved more and more at blacksmithing. It became a passion as well as a hobby. Naturally learning how to blacksmith he also was taught how to use and fight with what he crafted and excelled at that as well. Years later at the age of sixteen he was accepted into the fighters guild of whiterun. They saw him as a fine warrior and excellent fighter. His years of the fighters guild didn't last for that long. Leevi and his father discussed about the wars and religious problems occurring in Tamriel. His father being old knew his time would come short so he told his son to travel to Akavir for one soul purpose. Leevi's father heard rumors that Akavir was calling for warriors and adventurers. His father wanted leevi to become an adventurer and have a more exciting life than what he had. Leevi accepted this and setted off for akavir.
Leevi traveling in his own crafted armor and weapons sailed for Akavir. One of his long time friends was a sailor that traveled between Tamriel and Akavir all the time for the trading business. Though the day Leevi sailed a dragon had attacked their ship setting it ablaze. Men were rushing around trying to escape. There were several small boats that they used in case of emergencies. Leevi rushed to a boat though right as he was about to board he heard his voice being called out. It was leevi's friend he got him onto the ship. He was trapped under broken wood and barrels to heavy to lift on your own. Leevi rushed to his friends aid and pulled him out carrying him towards the boat. Escaping the now destroyed ship they sailed through broken debris until they were able to reach Akavir. Leevi set out of his adventure to find out what his father meant when he spoke of warriors...
