Go ahead if you want but the mod textures are more important as im developing the current vanilla textures. and there are far more mod textures than vanilla textures that need to be done.
did some more textures
sapling_roofed_oak.png
log_big_oak.png
log_big_oak_top.png
leaves_big_oak.png
leaves_big_oak_opaque.png
and with that the big oak is done.
what file format are you putting it into cause im pretty sure minecraft can only use zip files for resource packs. try just using the default archive tool to do it or winrar.

did the double fern texture.

just looked into it myself, mojang renamed the fish texture so the current one we have doesn't apply renaming the textures to the current names would fix it.
Here's alternate rails for those who fancy them. I'm using a new image host. It is turning the files into the .jpg format. Remember to edit them to .png files.
why not use imgur to host the textures? thy seem to like almost any image format.editFinished the stained glass textures. black glass blue glass brown glass cyan glass grey glass green glass light blue glass lime glass magenta glass orange glass pink glass purple glass red glass silver glass white glass yellow glass
So to explain the textures here: the wastelanders were tired of all the grey and brown so they decided to nail colorful cellophane to their window frames. not only does it keep freezing cold breezes out of shacks but they add a bit of color to the drab wasteland.I also redid the block breaking textures as the old ones have been bugging me for a while
The slime blocks are probably going to be toxic waste made out of slimes.also can someone give me a list of incomplete vanilla textures so I can get working right away.-edit-redid the top of the sunflower textures after not realizing they were done so I guess we have some alt textures.
did the powered detector rail as well
man i really hope this texture pack does not fall behind in all the updates with so many new blocks incoming....i wish i could help but sadly i'm not experienced with drawing textures
Exactly! Am I the only one who wants more living trees into this pack?!?
if you really want to get technical metal can have a sort of grain to lit like wood can. along with that the shacks could be made out of a mixture of plywood and metal which would explain both getting wood out of them and batteries when smelted. I was planning to add at least a few living trees as some mods like forestry and natura would give me an opportunity to add them. after all you can only make a shack so many ways before you run out of ideas.
