How much time will you spend on the server daily (minimal 3hr daily): Since I have school to catch up with 3 hours daily is a bit too much to me, and I can get a website done within a week on 1,5-2 hours daily if that seems fine for you.

Rate yourself how mature you are and a sentence which explains why: 8/10 I am very serious when it comes to something like servers, since they need to be set up and staff needs to be recruited, and I do have experience of setting up a server as well it takes ages and it consumes your time.

Why do you want developer?: To help servers that struggle to get a chance to get those things that a big server with budgets and servers who pays developers to make their servers/websites look good.
What is style of structure are you most comfortable with? (Buildings, Landscape, Interior, Exterior?) I am really into building the Interior and Exterior for buildings, and I also go really much into detail and looks of the building. Also landscaping is something I do to, for example my buildings always needs a mix of atmospheric features and make a good blend. 90% anything for me is not a legal blend. So from me you can indeed expect the builds you are looking for.
Why are you interested in this server? I was interested in this server because the team looked legally accepted enough and it was this kind of team I was looking for to join, I am always excited to meet new people and work with them. Also lets be honest, who doesn't like the idea of a fallout styled Minecraft RPG server. The server sounds like a hit to me so I am hoping to get into the team.
Have you ever worked on a Role-Play server? No this is my first time, though it is not the first time I have been building builds from a background story, you can see those examples on my brothers YouTube channel.

Why you want to be a Builder: I thought that you might need a professional builder with good experience on decorating and making details which makes the environment more atmospherical but also not too atmospherical, with a good blend of housing and plants. Also I am looking for a project to work on, while your project seems pretty friendly and not too big of a project with hundreds of people working on it which melts into a huge ball of confusion.
Past experience: I have been practicing in building since 1.2 Beta and I have been getting better and better, also with a hand from my brother who got me into building beautiful structures and detailed environment. I have also used WorldEdit since 1.3 Beta and I am still using it. I recently got to learn how to use VoxelSniper since it is a great plugin for making custom terrain in game and has really improved my skills for making custom terrain as well. Also I have been using WorldPaint for a couple of years now to make most of my maps I build on, and they have all turned out pretty well if you ask me.
What are your Building skills: I am specialized in Medieval structures but I am not the best builder for a mordern builds. Also as explained before, I am also very skilled at using WorldEdit, VoxelSniper and WorldPainter.

If you want to sell pre-made spawns for min $30 you will have to make better spawns than that, this spawn is not worth $30 min. Sorry to say, but I think it isn't a fair price for buyers.

I mean, the first sentence goes along with it fairly well (as the cop tries to murder all the other people, the "criminals".) In the second sentence, the "solution" might be the exit. Also, it has something to do with minigames..
