I don't mind^^ I would have switched off the explosions myself but without java knowledge I can't do that. Also I can't upload modpacks with manipulated mods to Curse or my project will be banned. But the comminuty has found a workaround. With Exchangers you can safely swap the blocks without any explosions. Even the wooden Exchager already works.
I apologize. there are 2 quests with this bug after latest update for some reason. you can solve it with bq_admin complete 252 and bq_admin complete 253 until next fix.
You have to complete all Mainquests (Spikey Quests) to go ahead.

I'm afraid not all fluids can be unified. Just those from Mekanism are a bit special. Gregtech usually converts many fluids itself if they are similar.
You can write machine recipes so that all devices can use all kinds of oxygen. Or you can do conversion recipes with crafttweaker.
What exactly do you have in mind? Just throw mods together and adjust the configs to make it run smoothly or do you want to change the recipes and game progression and some aaditional quests?
Because the latter would take a lot more time and effort^^
Edit: Loottables can be changed to a certain extent. That always depends on the mods.
Unfortunately in this pack, all mods are linked to eacht other and to the questbook. Rewerting back recipes will brake the whole progress; Questbook instructions and processing lines becomes completely useless and a lot of recipes will be broken and some ores you can't get without the custom recipes. The Pack is too heavy modified.
I recommend to play a big Kitchensinkpack where not much has been changed for your firend :/

Try reset the config File. Somthing seems broken, mabye you changed somthing?
