Minecraft Story Mode... isn't that like Banjo Kazooie:Nuts and Bolts? Such is my impression.
Long as I can still play modded minecraft with my descendants I'm not upset, but the trailer gives me the strong feeling someone at Microsoft has a Business Management degree but no video games.

I have restored the download links; it was a server issue. Harmony should be available for download, and compatible with Minecraft 1.8!
In typical artist fashion I "have become incredibly busy with real life". My job has required a lot of hours, and, well other things are happening too, so I have not been able to make time to keep my mod support up to date.
Until things calm down, I will not be maintaining my mod support, but you should be able to expect continued support for Vanilla Harmony.
Thank you all for glancing at my artwork

I do not hate "big companies" in some steriotypical 99%-er prejudice, but something about Microsoft made me uneasy beyond my history with them.
It's the fear of annonymous decisions being made.
When Markus Person, AKA Notch first started developing Minecraft, he had a presence on redit that served as interactivity with him. His presence grew to Twitter as well, and throughout his work on Minecraft, Notch remained APPROACHABLE, or at least that was my firm belief. I felt that Notch was very much aware of his clients, and took feedback from them. When he founded Mojang and passed the mantle of development to Jeb, the "Mojangesters" stood in the spotlight, and carried on the task of interacting with minecraft customers. (They still do, which is good)
My fear with Microsoft's ownership is that a group of Business Degree executives will make a "product decision" in complete absense of understanding what they own.
Microsoft, if any of this reaches you, I hope it is the message "We need someone responsible we can interact with IF you chose to modify minecraft in any way. We will need a representative that listens to us."
So far, Microsoft seems to be content to absorb profit in exchange for supporting Mojang's decisions on Minecraft, and that suits me just well.

This is the reasoning, as I understood it:
"I created this pack, as I'd assume many texture pack authors do, because I grew tired of the default textures. Particularly, I don't like how inconsistent they are from one texture to the next. This is particularly evident in the items. Some, like the food, are very detailed while others are very flat and have a restricted pallet.
To put it mildly, it was driving me crazy so I thought I'd make this pack to return to Sanity."
Same thing with my texture pack, and I suspect, other authors as well. We did not like how things looked, and learned we could change them.

This is embarrassing! I have no idea how that happened, but it's fixed now. The main link works, and I've checked all the others ones.
Thank you for pointing that out.

and... underwater shrines in 1.8

It is not photo-realistic. I tried for a balance between realism and "a world made of blocks" and I can assure you the textures are not the least bit dark. Also supports a few mods.

At the time of this post, I am too tired to add a demonstration picture for Natura.
The completion of these two texture pack additions mark a distinct conclusion in Harmony texture pack development. I will likely add to the number of mods I support, but for now I am taking a long break, which will be interrupted only to update along with Minecraft's development.
Thank you all for taking a look at my texture pack. If you like it, please help spread the word. Harmony is 1.8 compatible.

Version 1.3 changes:
-added red sandstone, chizeled red sandstone, doors made from other-than-oak wood, and banners.
-retooled the grass
-also cuddled some bunnies.
Enjoy. Now working on Natura support

actually, I have no idea how to make or support a custom sky. Sorry I posted.

I am proud to announce my texture pack now has support for 1.6.4. I plan to support future development later.

I am now working to make Vanilla compatible with the upcoming update.

I have never played with either mod, so it would be a long time from now if I did. As of this moment, I am trying to finish support for Tinkers Construct and Natura, and hope to move on to Forestry from there. I will be taking a look at Chisel mod (after forestry), and I'm REALLY wanting to re-texture IC2 and Thermal Expansion since I use those mods.
Best to find another pack you like. It will likely be January before I get to Metallurgy or Extra TiC. Thank you for your interest, though.
Thanks. This means a lot to me.
