I have thought a lot about this decision and I have decided to look for a Network that is willing to add my server into the Bungee Cord. The server is a regular factions server with Quests and NPC. We have around 3 staff members and is currently in Beta. There are some tough requirements which we will get to soon.

How this will Work!
The process will be fairly easy. All you have to do is list your skype down below in the comments or Private Message me on Minecraft Forums. I then will give you a short and simple interview before you can add me. This interview will be all about your server. Please note that I will ask for the IP of your server so be ready to show me around! If you are accepted in the interview then all I will ask from you is to add me to the BungeeCord and we will test it and see if its ready. There may be some minor changes to your server but that is just to make sure we match a little bit! Past Experience
I have had a lot of experience with not only moderating, administrating and building for servers but alsoowning one. A while back, maybe 4-5 years ago for about a year I made the moderator rank on several servers (not at the same time of course) but they were all small servers that were quick to disappear. I never went beyond the moderator rank those first couple of years because I was still relatively new to Minecraft, and was only around 11-12 at the time, and wasn't fully mature and understanding of a community environment. Through the first couple of years I've been playing on servers I've also often been a builder for servers, I can build - but unfortunately, there's a reason I'm not applying for builder, lol! About 2-3 years
ago I started to further understand what it took to be a good staff member, and in turn have been awarded the administrator rank on maybe two or three servers. Very recently, maybe a couple ofmonths ago I decided to bulk down and tell myself I would create my own server. I did run, code and own a bukkit server successfully for a few months, but had to shut it down because I got swamped with school work and other life events, as well as me having a difficult time advertising and drawing traffic to my server. Me owning a bukkit server expanded my horizons, I understand lots of plugins and how they work, from both a owner and administrative standpoint. This means not only can I help with assisting the community and the live server, but also I can help if I'm needed behind the scenes as well. I've been around the block! I've seen a lot, and I think I can safely say that I now have full understanding of what it takes to be a good staff member.

I have a lot to offer when it comes to contributing to a team and even better a community. I thrive in team environments, I love interacting and communicating openly with teammates, to solve problems or tackle issues together. A little more about Me
Like I mentioned before it's probably for the best that you get to know a little bit about me as well! I want you to fully understand my situation and predicaments so that you can get a better understanding of what I'm like, outside of just an experienced Minecraft user! First things first, more than anything I would say I love being apart of a large community. Being apart of a group that just gets along, enjoys each other and can interact with one another safely and openly is so important to me. One huge factor is that I am actually schooling through independent study. This means I only go to school twice a week, for one to two hours each. This also means, lots and lots of time to dedicate to the server and be veryactive! To be honest, I love making friends. I don't see it as a weakness nor strength, but rather as a trait. Meeting new people is just so fun, getting to know somebody and watching them turn from a stranger to a good friend. I'm very social, so if I'm hired expect me to be talking and communicating with staff and the community a lot!
My Staffing Style and Ideals
Every person has a different idea of how to be a good moderator or administrator. Sure we all agree on the basics, be good to the community, keep it safe and be active; but it truly is much much more than that. Like mentioned previously, I love to make friends, joke around and hang out with the community as much as possible, but when a problem or situation arises; I'll be the first to step up and face it head on. As soon as someone threatens to compromise the safety or wellbeing of the community, it's go time. I can lounge back and be a good part of the community, but step up and react with professional decisions when it's necessary. As noted in my past experiences, I've dealt with a lot of players and problems, so I can hold my composure, keep a clear mind and stay calm while making executive decisions under pressure. Of course I give people warnings, I'm not going to permban someone who spams one time ever. I give warnings verbally and through kicks or temporary mutes, depending on the several situations that could arise. My next step of action, should the subject ignore ordisregard my warnings would be a temporary ban. Now permanent banning.. is something I do not like to do but hasto be done from time to time. Staff members who run around banning everyone who they assume is hacking really disappoint me. Once you ban this person, they will never again be able to be apart of the community, redeem themselves or interact with the server again. Banning is such and underestimatedprivilege. I will only ever ban with significant evidence, or if I see it with my own two eyes. I run a series of tests before placing a ban on a player, I have several methods I can use to safely weed out the vanilla players from supposed hackers and rulebreakers. I could never bring myself to ban someone because a playerswears the suspect was hacking, I've witnessed first hand innocent players getbanned just because of an accusation. You don't go to jail because somebody says you broke the law, you need significant evidence and proof. I think the same with staffing.

How do you deal with younger, inexperienced people who need help and can act annoying?: I don't like skipping straight to a ban, because some times it just isn't necessary, I will talk it all through until we both have an understanding on what has just gone wrong, if it comes to cussing /mute might come in handy for a minute just so they can listen to what we have to say, if when there mute is over and they carry on cussing then bigger consequences will have to come in, but permanent ban will be the last
If a new player joins and starts using excessive caps and spam when asking questions, what do you do?: Like before, I will follow my protocol until everything is sorted
Why Should We Choose You Over Other Applicants?:
I am constantly dealing with players on other servers so I am experienced in that department, with the griefing and anything out of the ordinary, I am good with my organisation and working, if there is a deadline needed I will meet that deadline, I love starting with a server and helping it pan out and grow, I would say I have a high level of maturity, and a very high patience so I will not snap at anyone unless needed, I can be fun and have a laugh with players, and that's what players like, to have a staff member interact with them and not make them feel inferior to staff, but I can also be very serious when I need to be, like in bad situations, I have a high acknowledgement for plugins, so I can work with almost any plugins, and if a new plugin is added which I don't know of I am a quick learner and can grasp on to how to use it quickly. Basically I think you should chose me because I have a lot of experience with players, minecraft and plugins which is always useful to a server, I have never griefed and you can look around servers I work on to see that I am a good person to be on your server

Like I said I have high patience so its pretty hard to get me annoyed, but if someone does start to get me annoyed I will not take that out on them, I keep it inside of me and keep it calm, you should never fight anger with anger it just makes it ten times bigger, but fighting it with kindness always seems to work for me and they will stop, but I will always let you know on Skype to see if they will get a punishment

Have you been punished on other servers?: I was temp banned due to a plugin that temp bans people who are "fly hacking" but in reality the owner had a knock back 10 stick and hit me into the air.
Previous experience: I have been everything from a Mod to Co-Owner on several servers, unfortunately most died due to lack of funding and support from the players, one example is Wizmo pure survival. While working on Wizmo I went for Mod to Head Admin within a few months. I know WE as well as some group manager. I also have some skill in building, but I prefer to do interiors.

How do you treat younger annoying players?: I usually interact with them like I would with anyone else. If they ask for me advice on a build, I will give it to them, if the need help with crafting I will help. What really makes me angry is when staff just ignore them or is mean to them. Take for example if a younger player built a house that is ok in quality for the persons age, you shouldn't say it's terrible, you should say good job and to keep at it and improving on it. If they are purposely trying to be annoying I will talk with them privately and ask them to stop. If they do not I will publicly give them up to 3 warnings then a temp-mute (usually 5-10 mins). If they persist and people complain I will do a temp-ban ranging from 5hrs to a day.
New play starts spamming caps: I would try and asnwer their questions and if the persist I will skip the private message and go to the warnings since they are new and I do not know them. They will get 3 public warnings then a mute and if it persists a temp ban as mentioned before.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Well, I feel like I can bring a certain level of maturity yet keep it light with jokes. I like being staff because I genuinely want players to have the best possible experience while playing on the server. As a staff member I would judge everyone equally, regardless of whom accuses whom of whatever it is. I have a strong sense of justice and I will make sure the rules are enforced, but not in an overbearing way that is uncomfortable for players. I have a passion for Minecraft, and have had it since day one and I know that I will be able to bring that passion onto this server.

I do take these kind of people seriously. I do not like the whole warning system so this is how I do it
1st, If they are acting annoying I will talk with him/her. This is important because if you punish them right away they will just never join back again. If you talk it out with them they have a better chance of learning there lesson. If they start cussing back at me constantly then I will have to punish them. If they cross the line and just don't listen at all it will eventually come up to a permanent ban.

Well I am good at dealing with players, I can sort out disputes, and decide the necessary, and fair punishments if needed. I would like to let you know that I do not take punishing lightly, a player must honestly break the rules/step out of line to deserve any punishment. I am also good at organization, and being helpful to other players. I want to get involved with and watch the server grow. I know a a lot about plugins and would like to become a Operator if thats possible. I want to make the server expand and get more and more players. Most of all, I want everyone to have fun and make it easy for them to play. If a Player really start to annoy me and get on my nerves then I will report this to you guys on skype. I think that if someone annoys me it is never acceptable. They will have to be punished. If you don't like how I tell you on skype before punishing it I will make that a change.

Helping minecraft servers means so much to me and that is pretty much all I do so trust me I have a lot of experience. I have also been accepted to a server called a RPG Server titled DarkWaters. We have quests, classes, npc and more that makes this a wonderful experience to the staff and the community. Hopefully you do not think of this paragraph as me advertising servers. I just wanted to use this to show you my experience.

Are You Able to Record and Upload Videos?: Sadly, I am not able to record and upload videos to youtube but I am able to livestream your server on twitch. I will do everything I can to advertise and make the server community grow.

How Much Time Can You Contribute to Bud Craft?: It really does depend sometimes. At times I might be able to stay long for a long time however other days I have things to do and yes I do have a life to live. On weekends around 4 Hours every day and 2 Hours on Weekdays. If this is not enough I will do my best to increase those times as much as I can.

How do you deal with younger, inexperienced people who need help and can act annoying?:
I do take these kind of people seriously. I do not like the whole warning system so this is how I do it
1st, If they are acting annoying I will talk with him/her. This is important because if you punish them right away they will just never join back again. If you talk it out with them they have a better chance of learning there lesson. If they start cussing back at me constantly then I will have to punish them. If they cross the line and just don't listen at all it will eventually come up to a permanent ban.
If a new player joins and starts using excessive caps and spam when asking questions, what do you do?:
If someone does that like I said I will talk it out. Its pretty much a similar process to the question before.
Why Should We Choose You Over Other Applicants?:
Well I am good at dealing with players, I can sort out disputes, and decide the necessary, and fair punishments if needed. I would like to let you know that I do not take punishing lightly, a player must honestly break the rules/step out of line to deserve any punishment. I am also good at organization, and being helpful to other players. I want to get involved with and watch the server grow. I know a a lot about plugins and would like to become a Operator if thats possible. I want to make the server expand and get more and more players. Most of all, I want everyone to have fun and make it easy for them to play. I'd Like To Be Staff Because I Like Minecraft, I like To Be Staff, Its Very Fun And A Wonderful Adventure for meeting new people, new experiences, and news things to try out on different servers. I'd also like to be staff mainly because it adds more for me to do on and for the server, I like helping people and being able to stay busy so staff is like the cherry on top to being part of this great and growing community. There's not really much more to say except that I should be a staff member because of my experience, activity, and knowledge. I do have a few weaknesses though. My only weakness is patience. However I do not think that this is a big weakness
If a player annoys you, how do you respond?:
If a Player really start to annoy me and get on my nerves then I will report this to you guys on skype. I think that if someone annoys me it is never acceptable. They will have to be punished. If you don't like how I tell you on skype before punishing it I will make that a change.
Is There Anything Else We Should Know About You?: My name is Blake but you can call me Consiring, I am a athlete that loves playing football but when I am of the field I always love to play minecraft. I am 17 years old and live in america and work well with others. I am also hardworking, and never give up. In minecraft I work best on multiplayer and helping servers grow. I am good at console and know tons of plugins that can make your server better. I also have owned my own server that reached over 100 players everyday. I am currently working on very few servers right now which I will share after this paragraph. If your wondering what I do if I get bored of minecraft I always play destiny on my xbox one!
