You have backed up your points very well and I myself, the Owner of Realms do feel like the implementation of the EULA will be a threat to the future of Realms and many other servers. Minecraft has always been seen as a place where people are free, a place where they can do whatever they want to do whether it's building, playing with friends or being ambitious and starting up a server.
The server I own to me is not a business. I care for my community and yes, it takes donations to fuel the community. Of course we will get donations from people who would like to support the server and keep it up but it still gives us the feeling of risk.
This will also be a potential threat to keeping the up the quality of servers. It is often that larger servers will commission build teams to finish up some projects, hire developers to custom code plugins or even pay their staff members.
I understand that Mojang is trying to promote fair-play in their community but why now? Why have they stayed silent throughout all these years? They have made barely any interaction to their community directly. The only care they have shown so far for their community is hosting MineCon but other than that, I do not recall another single community even besides that.
It just does not feel right for them to just pop out of the blue after hiding away from years and start telling the community what's right or wrong when they should have done it since the start. This shows pure laziness and why is this movement even necessary?
I don't understand how pay-to-win harms the Minecraft community in any way. There are plenty of servers out there, there's always one for everyone and I have been Owner to my server for over a year and there has not been one single player who has complained about the donation system. Of course there will be but why is it Mojang's problem? Why is it the server's problem? The player could simply go find another server which suits their preferences more.
There's a lot of people out there who have invested a lot of time, effort and money into Minecraft and I'll tell you that EULA is definitely seen as a Shut-down to many server owners. I'm watching them shutting them down as we speak and most of them do say that it's such a big change that they might just have to move away from Minecraft.
I personally love Minecraft. I play it every day, I put hours of work into my server every single day, stay up late nights to make sure things are fine and what I love about it so much is the possibilities that it holds. Minecraft as it is just opens up so many doors for so many different people.

There is no latency, the prices are epic! -Comparing to other companies- It's very affordable and what I really love about this company is the customer service. Replies are very fast unlike others where I had to wait for days...
I also love how there's a large variety of modpacks to choose from. You can purchase a server to play with a few friends to buying a bungee to form a network server!

Why do you want to join?:I am a big fan of RPG. I have been searching for days for a decent server and I'd say ChaosUniformity is the one. I'm a helpful and respectful person when it comes to a minecraft community. However, I stick to smaller groups for example friends of mine on skype. I find the server interesting. The supernatural plugin really stands out in this server and the community seems really nice. Thank you.

This server has a friendly atmosphere however things can get a little out of hand when the competition starts.
Raiding other industries is acceptable but just remember, be prepared for vengeance!
