Instant setup should be resumed ... at least for a while.
We're ordering more IPs tonight and should have them by tommorrow, but if we run out of IP addresses tonight, setup may not be instant.
All of our nodes are currently full, so servers ordered at this time may not have instant setup. If you order now, however, you'll be first to be set up when we do receive our new node (probably January 5th). Thank you to all of our customers!
