teckmaster posted a message on High-Quality Screen Recorder for Mac OS XQuicktime and screenflow are pretty much the only screen recorders available for mac, so you don't have a large selection. The worst part is NONE of them are any good, so I guess you can either not record anything or install windows... Serves you right, Macintosh user :).Posted in: Hardware & Software Support -

... and it gets worse. They don't know how to write in cursive. They don't know how to write anything meaningful, period. They don't know how to add 46 and 23 in their heads. They think China is a place "in Japan." (Quoting my sister). Come on!
All those things come down to education and has nothing to do with technology. In primary school, I was taught how to do cursive in year 2. Every year after that, they didn't care and with the need to write faster and faster, I stopped using cursive and started my ever so crappy handwriting nowadays.
You can't say technology made you dumber as it isn't meant to be teaching you. The school you go to should be. If anything, it made you smarter, with easier ways to figure things out, and a larger source of education materials for us to read.
Quote from turningdoorknobOne thing I do remember is being able to plug my TV right into the wall and have it work on any plug in the house. Now, I have to have a digital adapter and wait 20 minutes after moving it for it to start up. Not to mention the ugliness of that clunky thing.
I don't recall having to need a digital adapter or waiting 20 minutes for it to start up? Nor is it that ugly. I can go to any TV in my house and move it anywhere and have it be working straight away. -

I don't think it would be a stretch to say some of those gifs are older than he is. -

exe files only run on Windows. a .jar game will run on any platform with a VM; a .swf will play on any system with the Flash Player installed.
I am well aware that exe files are for Windows only. I don't really care about apple anyway, I honestly couldn't care less if I were to support them or not. I don't own a single apple product in my house. I do care about Windows support though, and my compiler works on Windows XP, vista, and 7. (Not sure about 8. I haven't tested it.)
Every one keeps saying that flash is loosing support though? I asked my Uncle about it and he said that it's not likely that flash will become unsupported like java for a long time until they have something that works equally as well. If what your saying is true, then about every third website is going to become unsupported soon. I don't think flash is going unsupported like you do. -

After copying the CD ROM drivers to your MS-DOS system open your config.sys and add the lines:
DEVICEHIGH /L:1,33760 =C:\DOS\CD1.SYS /D:BANANA
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:1f0,14
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:170,15
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:170,10
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:1e8,12
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:1e8,11
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:168,10
rem DEVICE=cd1.SYS /D:banana /P:168,9
Next in your autoexec.bat add the line:
LH /L:1,28288 C:\WINDOWS\MSCDEX.EXE /S /D:banana /L:D
That is WAY more complicated than it needs to be, and I know for a fact you copy/pasted it from here.
If you have Windows installed. This will load the driver into high memory and set the drive to D:\. This is how I load it on and it works great.
Right, but that wasn't what I asked, and given how long it took to respond, the simple config.sys and autoexec.bat should have been a quick post.
You can't just "find and install drivers yourself" if a system was made for a newer OS and you install an older OS on it, that's not how it works, unless there were drivers written specifically for that version, which never happens with newer items (especially if it was running Me) there is no way that worked, at all. It's not like today where you can quickly semi-hack a windows vista driver to work with windows 7 sometimes. Why wouldn't I know how to use the systems I own? I have a PC running Windows 95 and I use that frequently. I also have the above listed one with MS-DOS 6.22 I also have 2 others with DOS and I got a knew one from my neighbors and installed Windows 98se on it myself. Because the system was designed for Windows ME I had to find and install all the drivers myself. I also had to run the format through the boot disk manually because the automated one wasn't working. It would get to 1%, stop and say "Error detected. Cannot continue." or something similar.
It gave an error for a pretty obvious reason, you didn't follow the install procedure correctly. -

Lol, I'm actually surprised I'm the first one to notice.
Another thing, more on topic: Chrome seems to think that this is malicious.

Whatever item would come on top of the chest (from water or mobs falling to their death) would be put
inside of the chest if there is room. If not, the chest would act like a normal block and wouldn't collect anything.
I think it would be able to "close" the chest with a redstone signal.
