    posted a message on Any SMALL servers?
    My computer isn't the best. I'ts prone to SMP lag. I've noticed, though, that smaller servers give me less. I need a server with 5-6 players max, and knowing that's going to be really exclusive, here are some things that might make me more appealing to your server:
    -Lots of Op experience (on classic @[email protected])
    -Efficient miner
    -Awesome creeper wrangler :3
    -Friendly
    He he, anyway I hope you invite me to your server. :Sheep:

    I love to find a :Skeleton: spawner and get a bunch of them in that area, open the door for a split second and watch a skeleton that shot at me accidentally hit another one and start a huge gang war. :biggrin.gif:

I'm a nice guy and I LVOE to build, even though I could still improve.. a lot... :tongue.gif: not that much XD Any way I'm used to being on small classic servers and I've always wanted to be in a small server since the bigger ones give me so much lag... I'm really active too. Also, my real name is Frank. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?? :3 And I like sheep.

    I like it. I don't understand, though, how you put dirt in it. I assume just craft the pot with one block of dirt above it. I like the sand idea too, for cacti. Could be like a bonsai maker.

    Sound like a good idea. A bit expensive... but a good idea.

    I suppose it could be make of sticks or wood or something else, this is kind of a rough outline for an idea that will probably never be implemented.

    How is the hook/stake crafted?

    Searched it, didn't find anything like my idea...
    Hopefully I'm not one weird guy and only I will like this, but for keeping animals from despawning/walking away from a spot, we can introduce a new item: Leashes. There would potentially be two types. One for sticking into the ground as a non-solid block and attaching to mobs, and ones for holding in your hand for pulling along a mob.

    Crafting:
    Crafting is really simple. Basically, the leash would be composed of a hook/stake , string, and a stick.

    Block Leash

    Crafting:
    [>>-i>] = Stake
    ]" title="-<->" /> = String
    [] [] :|:
    [] ]" title="-<->" /> []
    [>>-i>] [] []

    Function:
    This would be good for keeping animals in one place, and one leash would hold up to 3 animals. I'm not even going to try to whip up an awful pixel, so... yeah... ANYHOW - You would craft it, and bring it to your inventory, place it on the ground, and right click it. A 'string' will appear, attached to your hand, like a fishing rod. You walk over to any mob, right click it, and the string would now be attached to the mob, as a fishing rod. The mob would be pulled toward the stake in the ground, within about 5-6 blocks, then the string goes slack and the mob can walk freely within that area, so long as the string allows. That mob will also not despawn once attached. Good for chickens and egg farming. If a mob falls off an edge and falls farther than what the string allows, it will hang and begin to love health.

    Holding Leash

    Crafting:
    ]" title="-<->" /> = String
    [] [] ]" title="-<->" />
    [] ]" title="-<->" /> []
    :|: [] []

    Function:
    Works very similarly to a fishing rod. The only differences are that it is very short ranged (about 2-3 blocks short straight), it can't catch fish, and it pulls the animal toward you, depending on how you adjust it. It also doesn't yank the mob towards you when you pull it back in. Possible ways to adjust the length are:
    Z and X keys (or other keys)
    I got nothing else.
    Anyway, this could be used for pulling mobs toward the spot where you will attach them to your other leashes.

    Stake

    Crafting:
    [] :Iron: []
    :Iron: [] :Iron:
    :Iron: [] []

    See any problems? I'll resolve it and edit.

    posted a message on Next tame-able animal: Bobcats
    I personally like the idea, since I'm a cat person. And it would also be quite different from Wolves, and have different abilities. Some of it's main aspects are:
    -Found in the wild, mainly in woods, or any biome with lots of trees. Not excluding snowy areas. Also, more rarely, found in swamps and deserts. It would be slightly more rare than wolves.
    -When you find it, you are able to tame it with fish. Once tamed, you can feed it pork.
    -It's form would be somewhat like the wolf's, but it may have pointier ears and a significantly shorter snout. It would also be smaller than a wolf.
    -It would be able to jump up to two blocks high, run 1.5 times faster, and take fall damage from one block higher. This is because, from my knowledge, cats are more agile than dogs. The speed part is questionable.

    If we wanted to make things more complicated, we could make them tame-able with mouse tails, obtained by killing mice:
    -Mice would be small mobs that live in pre-generated mouse holes (small, one block diameter caves only deep enough to reach the rock layer, but other than that they can be fairly long or short.), or caves. They would be just a six pixel long block with a 7 pixel long, one pixel diameter tail and one block sized ears. The body would be about 4 or five pixels. They would be quite quick and try to avoid the player, although they would only have one to one and a half hearts of health. When killed, they drop a mouse tail that can be made into fertilizer as bones can, or can be used to tame bobcats.

    Well, thats the general idea, and since I know nothing about coding or anything I have no idea if this would even be possible, but I think it can. And, this plan probably has several flaws, but it's just an idea.
    _________________________________________________________________________________________________

    TL;RD:

    Bobcats would be found in area with trees, tame-able with fish or mouse tails from cave mice/rats, eat pork, can jump a little better than wolves, and be awesome.

    I really don't see that as a problem. I think that would be a good thing, and with all the hacks out there it's not really that big a difference. Besides, what about underground farms?

    This wouldn't be that important, But I like to be able to be fighting monsters all the time, sometimes. Why not? If you're able to sleep through all the nasty things, why not pigs? To make it, maybe you would make a regular bed but with black wool. The texture would be like the regular bed, but the sheets would be black.
    Opinions?
