I believe that I should be a staff on ConstantHCF is I am very good at answering questions and reports in a timely fashion. I am very good at quickly answering player questions. I know most questions players have as well as the answers. I am capable of handling many players at a time and in an orderly fashion. I also know that the /report requires me to move from server to server to answer questions which I am fully prepared for. I also know that I may get spammed and I am also well equipped to handle that. I want to be staff so I can help out the community not just individual people/friends my main focus is the players the people. As well as I want to help ban hackers and get rid of the toxicity that sits beneath the Faction community I want ConstantHCF to stay clean of hackers, even though this might not come true I want it to stay as clean as it can get. Also, I will not treat someone else because of they're voice, age, or religion as that would be discriminating other which is highly disloyal to the community. Let,s say I see a friend hacking what would I do I wouldn't let him off the hook I would treat him as any other hacker and give him the punishment he deserves which is a permanent ban. I also am very experienced with staff positions I know how to treat someone fairly than treat someone wrongly or differently from others which I shall not do.
As well I know how to SS(ScreenShare) and I know almost all commands I will need for the positions that I will be taking which would be above Moderator. Lastly, I want to rap up my application by listing my honesty maturity and responsibility levels.
What can you contribute to the server that is unique:
I believe you should considering me for this Staff Position because I been playing this server for 3 days, I just feel the need to take this position because I want to help the community and you guys should get more Staff Members to help the community. I can communicate with the people on the network , showing my dedication for being active as much as I can and I will do my best.
I say that I know this community very well because I have been on here very long and I have seen many people come and go.. I know most people's reputation they have are such as if they known x-rayer , hacker and much more... , I'm a nice person a hard working Guy i Love to help people as possible as I can, I'm good with communicating with others Staff/Other Players. Yes,HCF Stands by Hardcore Factions Which is a PotPVP + Faction Based game and when you die you will get Deathbanned.
Scenario 1: Someone is spamming their ip in chat, what do you do?
I Will warn them But if they still spamming i will Mute them.
Scenario 2: Someone is in the support room in ts and has said they glitched out in a block and died, and they have proof. What do you do? I Would restore they're inventory and Say a simple sorry for the glitch.
Scenario 3: A higher staff member is abusing, what do you do:
Show the Higher staff like the Owner the Proof of the other higher staff abusing.
