Do you always drop acid then get on the forums for fun?
I kill animals because they are in my way, and I don't like it when they trample my crops. But sheep wool takes up space in my inventory and it's real annoying to have it take up inventory space.
The only animals I don't like killing are spiders. They aren't hurting anyone, why would I hurt those cute little guys? Unless they're doing that jump from your roof and ambush you thing at night, that's too scary for me.
Also, I will do that little song quote thing you do:
-Merciless butcher who lives underground, I'm out to destroy and I will cut you down chuggachuggachuggachuggachuggachuggachuggachuggachugga It's Black Friday

May 7, 2011Cheating: to gain an unfair advantagePosted in: Survival Mode
So, what exactly are you gaining an unfair advantage over? Nothing. The only thing you're cheating is yourself.
You are replicating the required conditions for mobs to spawn, then, the mobs AI makes them walk around their spawn area, until they fall in to a canal. Said canal leads them to a series of traps designed to kill them, but leave their loot intact. Then, said loot drops into a canal and carries it to a drop off area, where you collect it. But none of that is giving you an unfair advantage. Unless you think it's unfair because said mob trap owner has more items then you do. In which case you can make your own mob trap to collect items. But, since said mob trap owner is in an entirely different save game than you, he has no actual advantage over you.
They have more valuable objects than you. u mad bro?

is what I was thinking about. 4GB of RAM, Core i7 740QM, Separate graphics card, Windows 7, 720p, and a 500 GB drive. Has anyone had any bad experiences w/ ASUS?
Also: was thinking about an Alienware M11x, but can't afford it. (Don't bash, find me an 11 inch gaming laptop like that.)
May 7, 2011Hey guys, I know there have been a ton of these threads today, but I need help. So, we're going on vacation in July, and I start working on our farm when school gets out on the 20th. Anyways, we're going to drive from Kansas to Georgia to go to the Atlantic? ocean. And this trip is going to take over a day. I have like 9 siblings and I really don't want to sit in the car and listen to music w/ headphones on the whole time. Since Minecraft is such a timewaster, I figured it would make this trip real short if I play Minecraft and listen to music half the trip, and drive some the other half.Posted in: Survival Mode
So, I want to buy a laptop that can play Mincraft at atleast 30 fps (it can drop to like ~25 at times, but I don't want it lagging up everytime something happens.) while listening to music. And it would be preferred that the battery can last more than an hour, although I'll probably have it plugged in alot of the time. I can probably save up $500-$1000 before we go on the trip in July (either like the 2nd or the 10th or the 20th I can't remember). It doesn't have to be brand new either, I am fine with a refurbished laptop.
I might sell it when the trip's over so I can buy a Peavey Valveking half-stack.
tl;dr Need laptop for vacation >29 FPS avg. $500-$1000 by July 20th
May 7, 2011There is no objective in Minecraft. Therefore, there is literally no way to cheat no matter how hard you try. If you find a way to automagically spawn mobs in a death-trap, you are not cheating because there is nothing that you will accomplish towards achieving the objective that doesn't exist.Posted in: Survival Mode
May 7, 2011Just look for a computer with (atleast) aPosted in: Survival Mode
Core i3, i5, or i7 processor,
Separate graphics card,
And at least 4 GB of RAM.
And I guess you could install Linux too.
I don't know much about computers, but that should definitely probably play it.
Apr 30, 2011I just built one on the water out of wood. It has a crows neck and storage a kitchen and a bedroom. It also has 2 cannons. I was just saying it'd be a good model for a boat.Posted in: Requests / Ideas For Mods
Apr 30, 2011It won't let me upload an image, but I built a pirate ship that could be made into a boat. The ship is made of blocks, and when you go to drive it, it doesn't change appearance but it turns into a vehicle model. It has 3 rooms below deck and 2 furnaces for the motor. You go and put coal in the furnaces, then go to drive the ship. It can't break ice and can only be driven in water 2 or more blocks deep.Posted in: Requests / Ideas For Mods

Mar 25, 2011Well it's a good thing that Killing is my Business... and Business is Good, because I would definitely play music if my computer could do that and play minecraft at the same time.Posted in: Survival Mode
