    Who I Am
I am a longtime Minecraft fan and player who has been involved in various communities
with various roles. In my spare time, I lead an indie game dev team and
play lots of games.I am fully capable of completing almost any task
related to Minecraft servers and running a community. While I don't know
every plugin, Google is free and docs are easy to read. I have plenty
of years of experience in both developmental, IT and community roles,
however there is only 1 of me.

    Who I'm Looking For
I'm looking for one trustworthy individual to help give me insight on the
current state of Minecraft and popular plugins, modes and etc. They
would also have the technical know-how to stand their own when needing
to perform most tasks, including but not limited to daily operations,
migrations, backups, installing/configging new plugins, etc. An ideal
candidate would also be personable, able to respond to criticism and
have honest discussions. Having a strong passion for Minecraft and
creating something is a must. This would be an equal ownership of the
    server/network.

I'm looking for someone who truly has passion for creating a good player experience.
Ideally we'd be shipping weekly or bimonthly updates and faster tweaks when necessary.
The main thing I want to create is a survival server; there is room for 1-2 additional servers/gamemodes.
If you have a desire to create additional servers that is also an option.
Being close and or friendly with the community is an absolute must,
as I believe quick tweaks according to play feedback will always be necessary
to make players feel invested in the server and build a real community atmosphere.

    What I have
A high performance server in central US with ample resources, a domain,
and an idea for a survival server. There is nothing revolutionary about
my idea for a survival server, but it would be stable and able to exist
as long as someone is willing to maintain it. I am more than open to
having other modes/servers but survival would be my starting point.
Currently have Pterodactyl setup with a proxy, hub and survival server.

Some initial plugins have been added/configured. Before I start most of the work,
I'd like to have my partner onboard so we can go through everything together

and be on the same page.

This post isn't that lengthy and doesn't have much glamour to it, but if you
think you're the right fit and want to take the responsibility, please
add me on Discord so we can talk further.
I probably will not be checking any DMs on here or looking at replies.

    Thank you!
