At what level would you rate your maturity (10 being most mature)? No man are perfect, every man had it's child side. I will say that mine is about 8
What past experience do you have at being a staff member?
I have been a staff once on a big server which now is still alive but rn on the edge of the end. Based on my experience, I got what needed mostly to become staff. I have perseverance that divided into 5:
- Compassion: I have the compassion to help other who are in need without hesitation, whether it's staff nor player as long as I am capable of knowledge and handling and as best as I can.
- Conscience: To do what I must do, to judge using my conscience and the fact provided so that I can be a better person and walking along the correct path, ignore dishonesty and not judging based on emotion or hatred.
- Competence: Together with other staff achieve the best to make the server better and become a rival one another in a healthy way, of course with a fair fight and support each other, not totally become a sworn enemy and trying to make others down.
- Commitment: I have the commitment based on the fact and what I'm capable, the commitment I make myself will be my achievement for the future.
- Leadership: I possibly cannot become one of the staff without having leadership, maintenance my team and the player base so that no one will be ignored and become a good leader of service, not thirst of power and control over abilities.
What advice would you give to someone who had to deal with someone younger than them? In a good manner, ones can approach in a good way not hostile toward them and then ask patiently whether they want to cooperate or not. If they reject, tell them of how things work in here slowly and steady, not straight into conclusion. until they understand each other and willing to cooperate.
How many hours do you play a week on the server? Depends on how busy i'm on irl stuff.
Why do you want to be a staff member on this server? It's fun, and second, I want to see how far I've matured and how can I responsible for every action that I take to moderate the server.
Why should we accept your application over others? Let see if someone works better than me. ehe
