So Back in 1.11, Our Realm started to have this issue with lag, not FPS, but like a delay in which it will move us back in our previous spot roughly 2 seconds ago from where we were... and we have no clue whats causing this.. at first we thought it was the Repeating Command Blocks from our Dungeons, but 1. I thought command blocks didn't run when they are in unloaded chunks. 2. I turned them all off and the issue still remained.
But now I can't find any other reason. Is there a possibility to where the realm in which the server is being hosted on is being laggy? Or any other issue? There is no redstone clock or anything of the sort.
Could the problem be due the amount of world explored or anything?
So within the last few months on my friends Realm I have been making dungeons for them to keep us all entertained, and now ive been working on a big one, and for a new area, I want to replace all the lava in the nether into air, and replacing the netherrack and soulsand into stone, ect. to make it look like an underground cavern style look, but when I use doing it, it doesn't work, or... partially works.. Everything has been going fine till now when I tried replacing originally rendered blocks, instead of the ones I filled in or placed...
..do absolutely nothing... Originally wanted to remove all the lava, and just add water at the bottom, but since this didn't work im like "meh, guess it stays"..
Then when I tried doing; /fill ~15 ~-15 ~15 ~-15 ~-15 ~-15 stone 0 replace netherrack
I am having a problem with the mod... Certain foliage blocks, like the grave stone, bone block, certain leaves.. and grass foliage are invisible, anyone know why that is?
Anyone know how to delete corrupted items in the Favorite tab? I had saved items from 1.7.10, and it wont let me alt-delete them from 1.7.10, and when I tried deleting on 1.8, the alt-delete wouldn't work at all.
4GB memory, AMD E-300 Dual core processor, 500GB HD, It's not really a FPS Issue on my end really, I usually used to play with 40~ish FPS within most of the updates, even with 1.8, I have good FPS, but, it's just the lag spikes caused by moving around, Infact, if I move forward, without moving my mouse, just running forward, I barely get lag spikes. WHat ever Mojang did to the rendering apparently made it impossible for my computer to handle this, despite them saying this update will help older computers run MC better... ;-; It basically turned into the "Alright time to look at the left" "whoa wait a minute, give it a huge lag spike to render these blocks" "okay there u go"
Even with Optifine, Minecraft 1.8 is still filled with lag spikes/studdering for me, I get 50+ FPS no matter what I am looking at, but the moment I turn 1%, I get a huge lag spike, even when I stand still with a bunch of NPCs in front of me, I still get 50+ FPS., but th emoment I turn, *lag spike attack*.
I didn't get this with pre-release 1.8, nor with 1.7.10, with a bunch of mods installed. Still really annoyed that Mojang promised that the new rendering fixes, it would help older computers... mines 2 years old.. How Is my computer not able to handle this? It runs World of Warcraft, Heros of Newerth, LoL, and Runescape decently..
So anyone know the solution? Was kinda curious if it had to do with any mods from previous versions colliding or anything...
I have been playing 1.7.10 or 1.6.4 lately because every time I play 1.8 I get great Fps better than previous versions, but its all just studdery lag and huge lag spikes that makes it not playable when I move a inch. Even Pre-Release 1.8 didn't have this lag problems. Mojang said this update was to help with everyone having problems playing minecraft, but it seems to just made things worse x.x.
So does anyone know if theres going to be some fix with this?

1.8 I get about 90+, but the moment I move its studdery/laggy
They work on the staves and guns included with my mod.
Could you test if the bug is fixed in this version?

Guns work with only Damage, Infinite, Confusion, and Unbreaking
Staffs with with All 4.
When using TMI those 4 don't show up as being able to add them to the item though lol, except unbreaking, they just show up as red, as if they cant be added to the item.
Also, was wondering what confusion does... tried setting it up thinking anything effected with it would attack other mobs, didn't happen lol, what exactly happens?

Also for Natural spawning, I was doing everything right, I just didn't know that u had to go far away from the original spot u made it natural to make them spawn ;s, was toying with it and they never spawned near the area I have the original npc at, as well as they rarely spawn even with weighted as 100, meanwhile in the Nether/Enderrealm they spawn in 4's... a lot... does the weighted take in consideration of the vanilla mobs as well? And anyway to make them spawn only in day or night?
Edit: Will there ever be a Movement for Flying with the radius they can fly in? Say as if u set it as "5", they can only fly in the 5x5x5 area they spawned in at. NPC Ghasts and flying dragons look.. awkward lol.
So I recently got back into my favorite mod, enjoying it a lot with the newest release! :3, as well as testing out a lot of the new stuff, but I came upon a small problem with Natural Spawning. When I set the biomes that I want, the NPC only spawns in the Nether or the EnderRealm...
Even with all of them selected, they don't spawn in the Overworld in any biome >.<.
Is this a glitch or am I missing some options?
I tried seeing if it had to do with ShelterFrom, and the Spawning Day or Night, but still no luck.
So let me know if its a glitch or Im missing something ;P
Edit: Also, out of curiosity, what does the Night option in Advance do? Was curious and couldn't find a tutorial on it and what it does.

PROBLEM SOLVED: I had a typo in my command that I didn't notice xD

deleted the - and it worked normally!

(FYI I am using PixelPerfection Resource Pac) Tried changing RP to see if it was the cause but nope.
It only did certain parts of a layer...
Is the nether glitched with replace blocks? Or am I missing something that I am doing wrong?
Edit: Even the Netherrack blocks I place don't get replaced..
