My first memories where on a crappy mac, i got minecraft, all hyped up. And I broke some blocks and spawned in some strange biome I don't remember. But since i was using a trackpad I didn't know how to place blocks. So as my young stupid self i endlessly searched how to place a block and eventually found out how to change the controls. I don't remember much after for a while, later on a became mod on some bad server that actually had a solid player population and was a small friendly community, but that got griefed and the owner just dissapeared along with the server. Then I worked on another server where i became friends with like 7 of the staff who where great, the owner sucked. We all left and he would send threats. I also played some prison server, which was great, me and 4 other guys made a faction and we dominated the prison server. We literally had our own gang and would constantly fight with other factions and me and another guy in the faction got banned for 7 Days for arguing and swearing at a staff cause they where supporting another faction which was pretty funny. About 4 years later it turned out of the guys from that faction was a kid who is in my class, which was such a amazing coincidence. And then i eventually stopped playing, now i sometimes play but i like to visit the forums.
The Golden age varies for everyone, i know a lot of people think it was 2009 - 2012. For me it was early 2014 when I first got the game, and everything was a lot more simple (for me at least)
I don't really ever feel lonely when playing single player, I never really do. I prefer to play alone sometimes since its much easier rather then having to communicate ect. It's just much better since you can do whatever you want.

So, since September i had been working for a server called GlacialEra, which is pretty much shut down now, i look back and i realise how bad everything was. No staff where really that good at all, we had some great builders, but only a few. We recruited a lot of staff, but a lot left, and some we had to fire because they where crap. It's just, at times like now, is it worth making a minecraft server? Are new servers going to just fall right down to the bottom and die? I remember i had some really fun times on that server, even thought it never finished well. I have the money to make a server, i dont want profit, i just want to make a server for other people to have fun, but it just seems so hard and not possible unless i find the best staff, and paid builders (which I'm not sure i could pay for) any advice would be helpful, i just want to know... if its possible? Will minecraft even last?

Yes, I am able to work efficiently providing there is work to be completed, I am able to communicate with other players well because I have good overall English, I am able too speak some turkish and I can read Arabic (learned it to look awesome). I am quit friendly and I take work into consideration before any other choice, I am not a distraction to other staff and am able to work Swiftly depending on what I am to do, I can code and configure plugins well, I am a great builder and specialise in spawns and modern builds and I am trying to learn the ways off custom terrain. I am able to improve work done by people, do reports on the staff and overall description/status off the server and can Advertise the server.
I use to be staff here as a Co-Owner before I resigned, I have been moderator on a server a couple off times but left them because they where all extremely bad and I was unable to change anything there. I have Discord, Skype and Enjin which are all ways you can contact me.

I've been through many servers while playing Minecraft, and i've helped a lot and I simply enjoy helping out servers, whether they be completely new, or close to release. I aim to provide a safe enviroment for the members off the server as well as being able to manage staff.

Yes, and I may start my own soon quite soon.

For now, 2-5 hours a day, but once school starts again it would be 1-4 hours on weekdays.

Look I'm sorry, but we are not looking for standard stuff. Our server has much time and effort put into it and a lot off money. We are trying to get the best, loyal and most qualified staff. Just you saying that shows signs off immaturity not being able to comprehend being Denied.
GlacialEra Will have Factions, Skyblock, Skywars and Creative. In Factions there should be custom enchants and protection up to 5 because we are not a OP server, sky block may have custom enchants. Building things with command blocks DOES count as a building skill but only if the commands are you're own and you do not copy someone else's creation. Potions will be normal.
