Hey! I'm an owner of a small but active production server network with years of server-owning experience. I'd like to help put together a community of Youtubers/content creators looking for a hermitcraft/scicraft-like experience and a place to start building their respective audiences! By participating, not only would we put together a new server, you would also have access to a public server to interact with your audience and perhaps attract new viewers.
+Must be willing to produce content regularly. Weekly at minimum, though obviously we all need to take breaks sometimes :). You need not conform to the format used by current famous youtubers, but you may! Other options include livestreaming, building/redstone showcase videos, etc.
+Must be highly mature and respectful, and must have some content demonstrating such. Recommended age 17+. (I'm 21 myself) Trolling-Youtubers need not apply.
+Must be able to produce decent-quality content, or be willing to commit to learning to!
+Must have Discord, be willing to call without significant background noise
+Must have some content already published publicly and ability to verify ownership of said content

Notes:
1) Seeing as I'm a full-time college student, pianist, writer, and public server administrator, my availability may be limited at times. This said, my server staff may be of help if technical issues arise. We are available nearly 24/7.
2) It will be some time until I launch the server. This is intentional for three reasons. First is personal time management, but second is to function as a waiting period to ensure that prospective content-creators are actually committed to regular production. I intend to start a lasting server, not one where players join on a whim only to leave quickly. This means working together to establish boundaries and community goals before starting. Third, I want to have a group of content creators ready at the time of launch. I'm aiming for 5-10, including myself, though I'm personally more interested in server management than in Youtube content production. I plan to stream and upload periodically when I am free.

How long you've been playing Minecraft: 8-9 years. Never grew up i guess
Some things that you like to do on the game: Playing survival, with or without mods. I also love livestreaming and running my public server network. I'm good at building, usually successful at redstone, and decent at pvp. I tend to progress quickly in survival worlds and build ridiculously huge bases, as friends on my server can attest to.
Any additional things you want to say: I usually play on hard difficulty because I find it more fun. I'm inexperienced with mods but I'm a fast learner and when i try to play with them I usually more or less follow Direwolf20 vids. I'm also in college and a writer, so my time is somewhat limited between the silly number of things I'm trying to do all at once, but I would definitely like to meet some new people on here! I'd prefer to meet people close to my age, but that's not necessarily a requirement! I'd just like to meet some new people to play with and talk to!
MaximumMC is a survival/economy server running 1.13.2 w/ viaversion so 1.14 people can play. We will be updating once all the needed plugins are stable! Running bungeecord for future expandability and planning to use the second server in the network for minigames. EULA-compliant, fully-funded, located in US. Hoping to make it big over time!
Positions available include (in hierarchical order):
~Builder/helper: build things for the server and engage with/assist the community.
~Moderator: Monitor the chat for spam, enforce rules, +builder/helper stuff
~Admin: Manage plugins to iron out bugs and expand server features. Ensure that the server is running smoothly, utilizing all capacities available. +mod/huilder/helper stuff
I'll add fancy ranks like srmod and headadmin later when there are enough players to make in worthwhile.
Must be mature, have discord, be able to voice chat.

Been playing since the Halloween update (2010, Alpha 1.2)
I enjoy server hosting (that's actually part of why I'm here), building (survival and creative), redstone, playing modded, minigames... most things really!
Additionally: I'm particularly looking to get some people to found a community on a survival server I'm starting. It runs 1.13.2 bungeecord but 1.14+ clients can still connect. May add other functionality later. We can test it out before the hard launch and continue afterward. But I don't want to seem like I'm just promoting my server here, I am genuinely looking for a group of friends around this game, on the server or off it! I hope to hear from you!
