I play on a server with a decent sized group of people, and have been wanting to get some mob heads for some time now. I've only been able to get one charged creeper that immediately despawned when circumstance decided to **** me and crash the server. I guess I should have used a name tag. Since then, I've been AFK'ing, trying to get a charged creeper.
I know that lightning only strikes in loaded chunks so, what I wanted to do was have a multi-stationed area.
Station 1: I would flatten an area out above ground with the width and length of as many chunks can be loaded at once. In this area is where the the creepers will be trapped and subjected to the lightning.
Station 2: I would have an AFK area underground in the center-most chunk to wait out the storm and see if any strikes hit the creepers.
Station 3: Station 3 would be a combination of a transportation system and detonation system where, if a creeper is hit, with the push of a button, he is dropped into a waterway that transports it to an area where the detonation can happen and not destroy anything.
My question is, if I am standing in the center-most part of a chunk, how many chunks around me will be loaded? Also, what is the maximum distance of chunks that I be able to keep a name-tagged creeper and still have it be affected by the lightning? Basically, how big can I make this thing and everything be loaded and working?

One server that lasted about 3 months that went down for unknown reasons, then a few guys from that server joined a new server and invited me, which lasted about 1-2 years, which I left due to said "internal issue." a few of the others left due to me leaving and we joined a new server for about 2 months, which went down due to the bug that clears your inventory when you downgrade the version of the game. Some of us started a new server and some went off to some other connections they had The newest server recently went down due to inactivity of most of the members.

The server has been declining in members lately due to school and things of the like, and we would like to raise that number right back up and to create a fine community of top-of-the-line miners and crafters.
Also, it may or may not be true that all members get a free Pontiac Solstice.
Server History:
The server was created by Crazy Canadian, P3nguin2741 on 1/24/14 (24/1/14 for you non-'muricans). It all started with a server run by WonderlandAlice, which was inconspicuously shut down due to unknown reasoning. I went on to a server called Craftception and two other guys [Swell_Maxwell and TheCrunkyBaby] went off and joined Penguin's first server back in 2012 or early 2013 which was later named Fortitudo. Craftception eventually shut down due to internal conflict and Penguin and the other guys had eventually started a new map. Sooner or later TheCrunkyBaby contacted me, asking if I wanted to join and I said yes. Since then, we had gone through 3 or 4 other maps until conflict started to brew. I eventually left. penguin and I, joined a server called BlockBreakDown. Some of the Fortitudo guys eventually came to join Penguin and I on BlockBreakDown, which was later abandoned after the 14w04b bug that wiped out our storage chests and inventories. So some left and some came with us to start a new server. Which was also abandoned due to the same bug. Now we are at this current juncture on Solstice looking for new folks to join. There are no mods or god-mode staff players. Everyone is on the same level on this completely vanilla survival server. We trust that you will not break any of the rules if you are accepted.

Not sure if this is the correct section to post this but, whatever.
I am making a logo banner for my server's subreddit and I want to put all our characters in the banner but I need a Steve rig.
I've been google-ing and forum scouting for almost 2 days and every rig I find has either all those fancy and facial expression controls, fingers, or both.
I just want a simple,basic Steve with no extra facial features or appendages--just a normal character and I want to be able to bend the arms and legs.
If anyone who sees this knows where I can find such a rig, it would be greatly appreciated.
