The image was horribly off-center, with about 30 blocks of transparency on the bottom and the right side. I fixed it, and no ones stuff was modifies when i did it.

A mushroom farm was also created, and helicopters decide to hover around randomly. Population increases small amount, with green fumes killing people and whatnot.
The Reds build a residential area, which causes the population to boom. Theyre still trying to break through the thick piece of ice. Also begin construction of high-explosive missiles and faster vehicles, so that they can expand faster to meet their populations demand.
