    Why doesn't v1.59 release work for 1.8.9? Isn't it supposed to work for any 1.8 update? Up to beta 173 does work on 1.8.9, but it doesn't auto-fill anything.

    This is an awesome mod. Almost better than Rei's Minimap. But, I have a problem... If I explore My map and exit without saving or my game crashes for some seemingly no reason, The game saves, but your map mod doesn't. So all the exploring I did to be able to see more of my map is gone. It's extremely frustrating. It's also really strange that I have to exit my map for it to save. A simple auto-save feature for the mod would fix this perfectly. Could you add an auto-save feature to it?

    First suggestion: Make a better list for the runes. I'd like to see something I can refer to other than the in-game reference, besides a somewhat lame list of words. In fact, if I have time, I may just use Photoshop to make a nice list myself.

    Second suggestion: Update and work on 1.6 for a while even though 1.7 is coming out soon. Modders like me won't be using 1.7 until our favorite mods are updated, so this would be highly appreciated.

    Third suggestion: Create a nicely organized, easily navigated wiki for the mod. With there being 45 runes, and possibly more coming soon with you being the new modder, a well made wiki would be incredibly convenient and helpful.

    Fourth suggestion: Keep up the good work. I'm excited to see a new update. I'll be sure to check here regularly for updates. If you need any help with art of any kind, let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.

    Also, thanks a lot for taking the opportunity to update the mod and everything.

    the recommended build in the web is for 1.5.2 so just search in 1.6.2 craftbukkit in Google and use the instructions of the web i gave you
    once you make it just open the run.bat and it is lan :D
    to find out the ip of the server, type in cmd in your windows search bar thingy and type in ipconfig and use the IPv4 address
    if cmd is blocked then click windows button+"r" and type in command
    P.S the IPv4 address changes everyday just like the IP address when you open to LAN!
    if you want the ip to stop changing even though it isnt necessary because it is lan server then you need to have a static IP address which is to hard to explain
    go an search it for your self
    Sorry for making this plugin useless i just want to help them by not waiting for your mod.

    This mod is not completely useless, your post on this thread was completely useless. Most people know about that, and probably everyone on this thread does. It's for being able to have single player worlds work like a multiplayer world with bukkit plugins, all for LAN. The next update will be even better because it should be compatible with forge to allow single player mods with bukkit plugins. Which is a first in the Minecraft community.

    There are some tools/features in World Painter that I would like to see because I feel limited to what I can in the program.

    • Level Raising/Decending Brush - A tool that you can raise or lower all levels dragged through by 1-100 blocks (This will allow terraforming much easier, especially after editing the terrain exactly how you want it and just want to raise or lower it a few blocks)
    • Block Replacing Tool - Allows you to replace specific blocks like grass to another block
    • 3-Dimentional editing - Apply tools that can make caves on the surface of the 3D view.
    • 3D view zoom
    • Beach Contents Editor - For editing what the default (right-click) beaches draw
    • A default terrain refresh brush - When a stretch of land is created with the "raise mountain" tool, it draws the default blocks that have been set. But, when you change it with another tool the blocks stay the way the were changed by the the "raise mountain" tool. At this point, it makes it very difficult to change it back to the default terrain. It will also add ease to using other tools to create mountains and other types of terrain.

    I'm hoping that you consider these ideas, Captain_Chaos.

    That's fine as long as she is planning to release it. I find it somewhat selfish when someone creates a mod, builds it to fame, then abandons the project. If you aren't selfish and not making a mod just for your own pleasure, then you will pass the mod to someone that wants to take care of it after you're finished with working on it for your fans. It seems like she is just abandoning the mod. I mean come on, it's been 3 and a half MONTHS! Even FORGE has had finished versions of 1.3 AND 1.4, and it's one of the most complex Minecraft mods out there.

    So? This topic was only made 4 months ago. What if he/we didn't want to make a new topic? What if he/we want to post here? This is a free country, and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with us posting here. It does matter if it's still relevant! Why would I go post a question that has already been posted? That is exactly what forums DON'T want.

    I highly doubt that. It's not even old in the first place. Quit being rude. I came here because I wanted to figure out why the texture pack i'm using goes black in other biomes from ExtraBoimesXL. It's Tobiwankenobi's Inspiration texture pack that I'm having problems with. Other texture pack work better, but I don't like those as well.
