Visit the curseforge page and download the mod on there. Those versions provide a fix for your issue and more features

This mod renders your crosshair exactly the same way like minecraft vanilla does but it changes the position its drawn at. I guess your resourcepack insn't excatly 100% transparent at your crosshair.

You can find a new version on the curseforge website. It adds compatibility with the latest version of optifine and support for all 1.9 versions. There is also a small visual improvement.

Sorry EzerArch, i do only support the lastest version of minecraft. I do say that i took a look inside the code but its is soo old and the bug isn't that much of a deal as it works after a restart. But thank you for your bug report!
