Right Clicking with the sword launches an invisible Ender Pearl that teleports you without giving you damage, but
damages the weapon itself.
Flame Sword:
Launches a fireball on right click, but damages the sword slightly with each launch.
Magic Sword:
On right click, you are given Speed for 2 seconds, and the sword is damaged.
Pickaxe of Light:
My personal favorite, the Pickaxe of Light places a torch on right click and damages the tool.
Snow Sword:
When right clicked, the Snow Sword launches a snowball, and damages the sword. Very useful for an Ender Dragon fight!
Wither Sword:
Launches a Wither skull on right click, but damages the sword on each launch.
Egg Sword:
Just for fun, the Egg Sword launches an egg on right click and damages the sword.
Pickaxe of Health Sacrifice:
On right click, you take one heart of damage and gain one hunger point (You gain more saturation if hunger bar is full).
It also damages the pickaxe.
Ritualistic Dagger:
Hitting any living thing in Minecraft with this dagger will use one Extraction Kit and give you back a Bottle of Blood.
Recipes:
Most recipes now use a custom crafting system. To begin crafting first craft an Altar (See recipe below). Then place the Altar and place a chest above it. Put the required items next to each other in the chest in the exact order of the recipe, and right click the Altar to craft your item.

At the moment, there are 6 types of Poison Foodstuffs. Poison Chicken, Poison Steak, Poison Porkchops, Poison Carrots, Poison Potatoes and Poison Mushroom Stew. When consumed the player will get Poison, Slowness, Mining Fatigue, Blindness and Nausea. At the moment there is no way to tell real food from poisoned food.
Poisoned Foodstuffs are created by putting their respective food in the center of the Crafting Bench, Cooked Chicken for Poison Chicken, Steak for Poison Steak, etc. Then surround the food with 4 spider eyes. Here's an example with a Poison Porkchop:
Explosive Crafting Table & Explosive Furnace:
The Explosive Crafting Table and Furnace act basically the same way. When right clicked, they will blow up a few seconds afterward. The block below them gets deleted and immediately afterwards, TNT is spawned. The block below will not be deleted if it is a Water block, however, so you can make it a harmless explosion. The crafting recipes are as follows:

Detonator/Suicide Bomber Chestplate:
The Detonator and the Suicide Bomber Chestplate work together. When worn, the Suicide Bomber Chestplate is useless on it's own. However, when worn and when the Detonator is right clicked, you will explode. The Suicide Bomber Chestplate looks basically like an Iron Chestplate, but with wires on the back below the neck. The crafting recipes are as follows:
