    Draconians
    Secondary Treaty Message
Because the EA had technically won the test, Admiral Nexon has kept his promise of making diplomatic contact with the sister race. A transmission link has been opened up to the Draconians, and the following message is sent.
"We keep promises. You may choose to make official diplomatic contact with the Zoradeus right now. Designate your contact meeting place, whether it may be ours or yours. State your atmospheric needs, we will adjust the gases in the meeting chamber for that. Bring the necessary paperwork if possible, otherwise we will, rather."

I was raised in a huge iron container.
I was one of the most intelligent men on the battlefield within the past century. The Zoradeus treated me as an important strategic asset, and so did i long to stay like one. I commanded hundreds of thousands of ships in my fleet at that time, and managed to have conquered successfully a dozen. It was long before my physical form have been mortally wounded. My ship had met an accident on a dark matter testing procedure. The arms, a leg, and a chunk of my torso, all gone. It was a miracle that i have survived.

I was left floating off in fluid. The parts that was missing from me was replaced by pieces of metal, and yet that i could feel from the replacements. Everything felt strange. It felt like i was in the afterlife, yet i knew i wasn't. I constantly heard a voice from within the massive liquid-filled tin can. The voices of the scientists in the speakers, it was clear they were assuring me that i wasn't dead. I spent the next three decades floating within, and yet for some reason i never lost my sanity. There were stops, however, and that was when i slowly turned into a mechanical horror. Not only that, however. The fluid turned me into a godly biological abomination, and yet from those i never even noticed the changes. Despite continuously staring at my reflection of the progress to my worst self, my mind kept a healthy state. I was rendered genderless, and even now i have forgotten what i once was.

The time i descended down outside the chamber, suddenly i could still walk. I could tell that a wide array of events have occurred during my absence. The Emperor was beginning to slowly decay into a dead body, there was a massive technological advancement over dark matter, and realized i was part of one of the biggest biological experiments in the history of the Asceradian race. The aging Emperor's words to me was to drop down to a semi-advanced civilization's capital. And alone. I faced a thousand soldiers desperately trying to defend their pathetic city. My words was serious, they were really pathetic. I destroyed their entire force single-handedly. It's as if i was an entire fleet of ships. It's as if.... i was a living God.

From then on, after the Emperor's death, i sat down on the throne, preparing to continue the tradition of the Zoradeus. And so, the people feared and respected me; they have favored my reign. The search for the successful race i've been longing, i lived to see. Now is the time i became a legend in history books.

"We talk of reducing carbon dioxide levels in your planet's atmosphere to levels less than point two percent, and judging by the biological history of oxygen-synthesizing lifeforms older than three thousand years old in your world, we'd say that was the amount if your planet was left untouched. In addition, the gas shall also be released from your oceans and be reprocessed into oxygen. Ships will spread ozone gas in your atmosphere if necessary, however if this has been done, no need."

New Available Defense Equipment: G-Keed 350 Armor and KZ-Vitus Planetary-Scale Shielding
A new alloy for ships is now put into mass production after extensive research has been conducted onto the scraps of the extinct race. This is applied for newer ships and owners who wish to modify. In addition, a stronger planetary shield has been developed for defending wide areas of a world designed to fend off an invasion.

Yes. Whatever damned weapon there is, even artillery cannons, orbital cannons, whatever.

Just any thing that can work.

    If not, reverse time.

That link is not working. :C
And for my safety I will just ignore her and avoid harming her, because as I heard before, anime characters are OP.

It's a picture of her holding a rocket launcher, and many of her time clones holding other weapons of sheer awesomry.
