I would look to other games to see how they have handled aging. (Especially of games that are 10 years or older like World of Warcraft or Super Smash Bros. Melee) What is being described in the OP has happened to so many other games, not just Minecraft.
You should probably mention what UHC means to anyone new. It means "Ultra Hardcore," and it means that you do not naturally regenerate health, even at max hunger.
I love the concept btw. But if you were to add a couple more plug-ins like spectator mode for dead players, aka angels, and other simple plug-ins, that would make your server much better. Also, a short and simple tutorial to the server before you randomly spawn would be great.
Other than that, I'll do the best I can to survive! o_o
Edit: Your leaderboard only displays minutes. When you pass one hour, it resets back to 0 minutes, even though you have played 60.
As pichu said, use an enchanted fishing rod. And again as he said, fish in water exposed to the sky. It's kinda hard to find water like that in the prison, but there are a couple of good spots. in fact, I'll even tell you the best spot I know: the ruins cells area. directly exposed to the sky, deep enough that you can avoid hitting the bottom, large enough that you don't hit the sides. It's great.
Also, wanting fishing to go quickly isn't going to work. The way to up your fishing level and enjoy it is just relax. Full screen, put on some music, and fish for few hours. It's extremely satisfying.
Hmm, I wasn't aware of some of the fishing mechanics you two have mentioned. Thanks! Although, I don't really see the point of Fishing unless there's significant benefit to it (which would likely be in the long run). I asked in an attempt to justify going for it xD.
Another bug, it's minor though. In the Inferno quest, when you need complete the section with the gap in the invisible blocks, a link (that doesn't work) shows up in chat.
Thanks GM for changing the Pits parkour, it's still fairly challenging but it's not punishingly hard anymore. I'd still say it's a little under-rewarded but it's now worth trying for imo.
Just a side note, leveling Fishing is painfully slow. I hope Gladiator or somewhere in Free that can help me train it; I have no idea how people on the Top 10 got theirs to 40+ lol.
Also, if anyone wants easy experience, I highly suggest farming the custom mobs (White Screams) in the Bogs. There's a couple areas where they can't hurt you because they're too tall; they can only fire their blinding slime shot. I'm raking in the Archery and Repair exp (through repairing my damaged Iron Armor) They also drop tons of "standard" experience, I went from level 27 to 34 just from killing one of them.
Sorry for triple posting, but I feel like this needs to be talked about. Work to reward ratios.
I completed the Pits Parkour (with a bit of help, I made it to the second last step legitimately. But by completing it I found there's a nasty surprise for the unprepared.) and the reward is 8 diamonds, Ticket Pieces 1 & 2, and 10k Acrobatics EXP that can be opened an unlimited number of times. It probably took me 6-8 hours of dedicated parkour time to it.
I understand that this is a Pit parkour and that the time needed to complete it would be drastically reduced if someone taught me what to do, but... given the level of difficulty of this parkour, I'm mad lol. This could qualify as a Freeman+ level quest for all I know, or a free ticket out of the Pits or something, but honestly the reward for this is just terribly small. I could get 8+ diamonds from the Inferno quest (which gives 5 BLOCKS of diamonds) in far less time or just shoot a few bats if I were a Pits player. (It's not like they could craft any diamond tools with their McMMO levels lol) Ticket Pieces are uncommon, but aren't too unreasonably hard to acquire, and I probably got more than 10k Acrobatics exp from falling off this Parkour so many times lol.
I spoke about this a bit on the DIscord, and honestly the reward should either go drastically up, or the parkour should be made easier or split up into multiple sections. It's flat out not worth it for a Pits player to go through all of this effort to get a garbage reward relative to the work and skill needed to complete it.
Now, I may not be the best at parkour or maybe the average Minecrafter parkour skill can justify having this difficulty, but honestly I don't see it. I do feel like I've become much better at parkour, but it's just not worth it to me. What do you guys think?
I was mining in the lower levels of the Inferno Nether Mine and it reset. When it did, I found myself outside of Inferno above it.
Edit: I ran around the top of Inferno for a bit and fell through the top of the Mob Arena and died. LOLI didn't have anything particularly valuable but it's annoying nonetheless.

thanks guys for the detailed bug reports. the issues with the mob arena are known issues and it is something that we have been planning to fix but may require a new plugin to do so.
Ss for the next update weasel said he should get the rune plugin done by the end of this week. so fingers crossed!
I just want a rollback xD At least my 2 pieces of 1, 2, and 4 of the Inferno map keys lol.
For everyone else, I'm active often so I really recommend joining the Discord for DD so we can coordinate.
I played the Inferno arena for a bit. Got to Wave 15 against the Wither and lost. (Well actually I couldn't hit it as a Knight because it was too high up and jumped in lava to get out) Upon leaving, it put me in the spectator area with all of my inventory from before entering. Next, when I tried to use /ma leave to leave the arena, it said and internal error occurred and it could not execute my command. So, I couldn't leave but using /ma leave changed my inventory to an empty one with the prizes I had gotten for getting to Wave 15.
So I decided to disconnect and re-connect to see if that would solve my problem. It just made it worse. I tried to use /ma leave but it said I wasn't in the arena. Also, I lost all of my previous inventory from before I entered the arena. I was still able to leave the arena with the navigator but now I've lost all of my inventory. RIP
There were a few minor things I found but this one is the most important for me lol.
Anyways, everything looks amazing as usual. I hope to jump on when college starts again. Could you add me to the white-list anyways? I changed my IGN twice lol: It's now Ex2c. (I didn't like Puni77 and I didn't really like iSpi xD)
I wish you the best of luck with your factions server! I suggest you have a factions server with a survival twist like making some basic blocks like dirt harder to find and decorative blocks and/or blocks like obsidian, end stone, and nether brick really easy to find.
Make a server type that you enjoy playing. There's no point of making your server have one of the most popular gametypes if you don't like it. It will be hard to stay interested despite the popularity it has.

If anyone is interested, I finally finished the Runes & Rune Swords section of the wiki. Check it out!

It wasn't a bug. Just the reward is awful for the effort needed to complete it lol.
