posted a message on Servers are breaking the EULA
    Quote from alberts1boy»

I was using them as a example along with the other games i listed. I could be wrong on if they do have p2w. But I have heard others say they have had to pay money to get special stuff that would otherwise take them a large amount of time to get. I personally don't play that game b/c i just don't see the point of it. But I have played World of Tanks and the other games in that World of family. And I know for a fact that they are p2w when there are people that just joined the game and already have tier 5 tanks or tier 5 planes and i have been playing for four months and have barely gotten tier 2 level stuff much less tier 5. My point in my post was and still is that the entire EULA fiasco did not come about until Mojang was being dangled infront of potential buyers and some of them did not like that you had a EULA that was not being enforced. That is when it became a issue. And of course we all know that not long after they announced that they were enforcing the EULA it was announced that Notch sold Mojang to Microsoft. And if Microsoft is not concerned about the EULA then why is everyone else worried about it?

You cannot arrest an idea. - Anonymous

Maybe the saying of anonymous is not a good idea...(jk,read the next line...)

    Again, intellectual property.

Imagine that you had an idea, and share it with other people. Some of them stole it, and make profit from it.
Why they want to do it? It's the word 'profit' that's driving people to pride.

    Recap this:
Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak built their first computer in Job's garage. But wait, the components are from IBM and Xenon Labs. But, they modified it, mass produce it, and sell it.
Mark Zuckerberg first worked up the idea of '[my]facebook' with the others, which is, others 'main' idea. But then leaved the group and created myfacebook (now known as Facebook).

See, it just doesn't make sense.

People are just trying to get profit, like Markus, Carl and Jacob, the founders of Mojang. People can get successful, and also try to reinforce the idea. Now, if you search in the market (china, especially) you can also see counterfeit items and merch from those cheap markets. And what is says down the line you ask? Well, that is a very good question.

If you can't access it, or just that you're to lazy to do it, here are some pic's:

Counterfeit items are like pay2win actions. Profit for third-party users only.

I know, I may be out of the 'server EULA' topic, but it's just not happening in the server, it's out there.

    People will be like:

    1. Step one
    2. Step two
    3. ????
    4. PROFIT!!!

    to get the profit.

No matter how it goes, people are still trying to do the pay2win actions.
