I can somewhat play minecraft on this crappy windows XP I have, and I think I know the problem you are having. You need to decrease the hardware acceleration on your computer, I believe you can google how to do that on a Windows 7, I think the menu configuration is a little different for Windows XP. Just google how to decrease hardware acceleration for your exact system.

Why not just have dudes in suits following our children around at school, and if they say or mention anything about the word "Scrolls"(insert trademark here if you're an asshat), they sue the kid's family? Hell, by the logic that these idiots are trying to shove onto us, they should've already sued the crap out of anything that involved the words "Fall" "out" "Fallout" and the numbers 1,2, and 3...

Yeah, if the silverfish is added and you don't like it, you can search up a mod that removes the Silverfish.

Dude, just relax. There's probably something wrong with Mojang's servers, just give it a few days and try again. If there's something up with your Visa, tell your parents about it and ask them to contact their bank to see what's wrong. If there's a password on there, and no one in your family knew about it, just cancel the Visa card and get a new one. Someone may have compromised the card. Now, if you said that your credit card had been denied, that means that someone spent (Or tried to spend) an amount over the limit of the card. You're going to have to ask your parents what that limit is, but, if your credit card has been compromised, someone may be trying to spend as much money as possible without you or your parents knowing about it. The bottom bar could be a new XP system, like, the score, which you get more of to level up and... Well, I guess we'll have to see.

In order for me to help you, I'm going to need your system specifications, and by the way, if you have a Windows XP single-core less-than-3-Ghz processor, than I can already tell you why your computer is crashing.

You mean like a LAN server? I don't think you can do that... However, I think you can make a server with a password that only you and your girlfriend know, and because the server was created by YOU, you should have little to no latency to the server, or in not-so-techy-person talk, NO LAG! :biggrin.gif:... But if your girlfriend is across the country, then she'll have lag. Now, if you two are playing on little crappy laptops, you might have a lag problem, but just make sure that you have Fast graphics on, and if that still lags you then just set your render distance to Normal, or Short, or even Tiny. Just press F to toggle it.



Edit: I think with MCoverhaul you can set up a server from that application itself... Go search it up under Minecraft Forum > Mapping and Modding > Minecraft Tools

I saw him as he was trying to break into my house one night... (this was in Alpha singleplayer)... I just got to the upstairs part of my house and put away my diamond tools. I heard the minecraft equivalent sound of glass breaking behind me, and I turned to look and BAM! He was there! Just staring at me with a wooden axe, with 3 blocks of my large glass bedroom window broken... We exchanged looks for a second and he just... Vanished. Like when a mob dies, there's a puff of smoke, and the same happened here. It was wierd... I think it scarred my minecraft character for life. D:
