    If the block above him is going to be 1X1 have a clock going in this order:

    execute @e[tag=thing] ~ ~ ~ fill ~-1 ~3 ~-1 ~1 ~3 ~1 air

    execute @e[tag=thing] ~ ~ ~ fill ~ ~3 ~ ~ ~3 ~ stone

    If your okay with using resource packs I can make a block model that you have to put onto a Giants's head. Then it will have it's own hitbox and you can use the generic attributes to make it stronger/faster/healthier. And the Giant will need to be invisible .

    I think instead of having armorstands since the AI would be hard you should have 1 armorstand (Inviisble NoGravity). Then have a once off:

    /execute @e[name=StoneMonster] ~ ~ ~ /fill ~4 ~2 ~4 ~-4 ~-1 ~-4

    Then you could have something like:

    /execute @a ~ ~ ~ /execute @e[name=StoneMonster,type=ArmorStand,dx=5,dz=5] ~ ~ ~ /clone ~4 ~2 ~4 ~-4 ~-1 ~-4 ~1 ~ ~1

    /tp @e[name=StoneMonster,type=ArmorStand,dx=5,dz=5] ~1 ~ ~1

    Using that it will clone the stone block towards the player if the player is in the Selection(S), (M) being the monster and (A) empty or air.

    A A A A A A A A A A A

    A A A A A A A A A A A

    A A A A A A A A A A A

    A A A A A A A A A A A

    A A A A A A A A A A A

    S S S S S M A A A A A

    S S S S S S A A A A A

    S S S S S S A A A A A

    S S S S S S A A A A A

    S S S S S S A A A A A

    S S S S S S A A A A A

    If that will work for your plans I will help further. P.S. the player would be able to mine the monster like that without any hit detection and it wouldn't get back the broken blocks.

    P.P.S You would be able to sufocate the player like that or you can use a instant damage effect.

    posted a message on Testfor mobs via names

    Mobs don't spawn naturraly with customName's you need to name them. So newly spawned mobs can't be found using name="____" unless it was a custom named spawn egg but then just rename your spawn egg to PigZombie instead of Pig Zombie. But, they get a custom "type" which never has a space.

    The parameters for target selcetors can't have spaces. So you will have to name your mob PigZombie or Pig_Zombie.

    No not if you use the scoreboard like I did. I see I made a typo the the /tp in the end must use score 2. Since then it only tp's players with a score and not normally. It won't work in the nether but is that truly nesessarry?

    There is, make them set it with bed (NO ARMORSTANDS).

    Add:

    /scoreboard objectives add home trigger

    Tell the players to use

    /trigger home set 1

    Then on a clock:

    /scoreboard players enable @a home

    /tp @a[score_home_min=1,score_home=1] coordinates of a ender portal block

    /scoreboard players set @a[score_home_min=1,score_home=1] home 2

    In the End dimension have this on a clock

    /tp @a[score_home_min=2,score_home=2] coordinates of a ender portal block

    /scoreboard players set @a[score_home_min=2,score_home=2] home 0

    Unfortunetly this gives you the end achievements.

    If you don't want that you can put keepInventory to true and /kill the player

    Oh come on! Type in 1.9 commands!

    1.9 is coming! (I heard that it's the end of this month-,-(probably wrong))

    Don't let anyone lock their maps in 1.8!

    Btw, I wanna know how can you count the players with /testfor,

    with comparator attach to that command block?

    You do know that 1.9 did not add any new commands yet, just nbt and new command blocks. It's next month, also this is for a server, it is best to keep a server in stable 1.8 than snapshots and yes comparotars

    Yes how this works is istead of having a lever (destroy it) you have the clickable signs so instead of having a lever you just have the sign.

    The score_spleef_min=1 means do "something" to every player with a minimun score of 1.

    While score_spleef=1 takes each oen with a max of 1

    What /trigger does it sets the player clicking the sign's score to 1 or 2 or 3 respectively.

    posted a message on [Question] Can the new /fill command discriminate blocks?
    Quote from Cairo555»

    I think i'm facing the same issues.

    I want to run this command on a commandblock.

    /fill -117 68 -122 -115 68 -124 air 0 replace redstone_block
    when I look at the command in the command block gui, I notice that the last K is missing until I move to the back of the command. Then it does appear..

    It does not work, it keeps telling me:
    -There is no such block with name minecraft:

    However when I copy that command and paste it on the console, it does work.

    /fill -117 68 -122 -115 68 -124 air 0 replace redstone_block

    any thoughts on this? p.s. running 1.8.8

    If you are using a Mac pressing a certain button enters an invicible button, try breaking the block and retyping (Not Copy-Paste) it.

    I am trying to use this /fill command: /fill 79.666 52 1233.084 32.653 52 1134.562 wool 1 replace grass 0 but it won't work. It is saying "No blocks replaced" can anyone help fix this? (I am trying to make a 100 block x 50 block soccer stadium, and i really don't want to place the blocks by hand)

    Don't use decimal points use whole numbers.

    posted a message on Creepers that will propel you

    execute @a ~ ~-1 ~ detect ~ ~2 ~ minecraft:air 0 summon Creeper ~ ~-1.8 ~ {Fuse:0,ExplosionRadius:1}

    That will launch you upwards or make it -2, Also try experimenting with ExplosionRadius and /effect resistance.

    posted a message on Little help needed

    /testfor @p[score_Room_min=100] {setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:wall_sign}

    The text in {} are not extra commands they are data tags so the reason it is faling is because there is no tag called /setblock for nbt.

    You will need to do the following (and if you wan't non opped players to do this you HAVE to do the following)

    Once off Commands (not on the sign, into chat)

    /scoreboard objectives add roomTrigger trigger

    On sign. (clickEvent)

    /trigger roomTrigger set 1

    On a clock,

    /execute @a[score_roomTrigger_min=1,score_Room_min=100] ~ ~ ~ /setblock .....

    /tellraw @a[score_roomTrigger_min=1,score_Room_min=100] {text:"You got a house!"}

    /tellraw @a[score_roomTrigger_min=1,score_Room=99] {text:"You don't have enough money!"}

    (other Command Blocks using "@a[score_roomTrigger_min=1,score_Room_min=100]"

    Using this method you can have infinite Commands run if you click the sign)

    /scoreboard players enable @a roomTrigger

    /scoreboard players set @a roomTrigger 0

    MAKE sure the commmadns in green Above is run last!!!!

    P.S Oxbileeee

    /execute @a[r=3,score_money_min=1250] setblock~ ~ ~ minecraft:sign 4 replace {Text2:"Room #104",Text3:"Owned"}

    That is not the right syntax.
