We are a small group of 15ish active players looking to grow our community. We're looking for active minecrafters to join our 3rd season. Our current map is an island with 1.17.1 terrain, with the 1.18 cave generation, and we will be updating any terrain off the coast of this island to 1.18 generation very soon!
The GOAT server operates a shopping district, which we encourage all players to buy and sell from; we use diamonds as currency.Our nether tunnels have recently been upgraded, so are looking fancy!

We are highly inspired to have the HermitCraft experience, and want a world where we can all be free and comfortable to live our Minecraft lives together, and build things worth showing off to the world. Some of us have recently gotten into YouTubing, and have been giving it serious effort.
What We're Looking For
Our members come from all corners of the globe. All are welcome, as long as you fit our basic personality and age qualities. Members must get along with all other members, and must be at least 18 years of age. The age requirement is taken very seriously, to protect the interests of current and future members. It is also required to have a microphone and occasionally join in voice chats.
Otherwise, we all have our preferences in terms of how we approach Minecraft, and nobody can tell you how to play this game. Enjoy it the way you like. You’ll be allowed to be as creative as you’d like, however you’d like, as long as it isn’t upsetting any other members. (We have a 2 warnings policy for minor offences, and it's a straight ban for griefing/stealing/racism/homophobia).
It’s not required, but we are very interested in involving more YouTubers. If this is something you are interested in, we will be happy to help you get started. Check out @Gort and @CurtisDoesADig on Youtube.

The server is hosted in Europe, and runs Fabric Minecraft 1.17.1. There are a few plugins, datapacks, and crafting tweaks installed, carefully chosen to not take away the Vanilla feeling.
If you look like a good fit for our community, you will be contacted via discord DM to set up a voice chat interview before joining the server.
Applications are dealt with by real life people with real life things to do in their real lives when they have real life time. We generally manage to get through applications within 2-3 days but can take longer. This server may be our life, but it's not our job. <3
