    In Spigot you declare height in the server.properties and W.E obeys. something similar in forge server.

    Yes, but I'm running the forge mod offline, in a single player world. How would I edit this "forge server"?

    Hello. I wanted to know if theres a way to change or remove the build height limit for the mod. I have the Cubic Chunks mod installed, and my world build height has increased. Yet, the world edit mod refuses to place any blocks above y 256 or under y 0. Is there a way to change this, or is it hard coded? Thank you.

    Mistake #1. You didn't specify the count so is defaults to '0', and since you didn't have the boots with a count of '0' it didn't detect you.
    Mistake #2. At the end of the command you were missing a } you did "...,UUIDLeast:1}]}]}" when you were supposed to do "...UUIDLeast:1}]}}]}"
    Mistake #3. You didn't specify that {display:{Name:"Shardplate"},...} was a DataTag you specify it with 'tag:{}', for example you did "...,id:"minecraft:diamond_boots",display:{Name:"Shardplate"},..." when you were supposed to do "...,id:"minecraft:diamond_boots",Count:1b,tag:{display:{Name:"Shardplate"},..."

    P.S. 'Slot:"Feet"' didn't work because it's looking for an integer (Number,) and you entered a String (Word.)

    Thank you! I'll send you a PM.

    Fixed it!

    /testfor @a[r=10] {Inventory:[{Slot:100b,id:"minecraft:diamond_boots",Count:1b,tag:{display:{Name:"Shardplate"},AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.movementSpeed",Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Amount:-0.1,Operation:1,UUIDMost:1,UUIDLeast:1}]}}]}

    Oh thank you! It works :)
    Can you tell me what I did wrong? To not make any more mistakes... I tried to add Slot:"feet" and it stopped working... I still have to make the testfor command for the other armor pieces, and a colored name, and some other complicated things I'll need help with... Could you guide me? Thanks in advance...I feel so akward.

    Thanks for the info, but when I use the command block, the output says:

    Data tag parsing failed: Expected non-empty key at: ...:100b,id:"minecraft:diamond_boots",<--[HERE]

    No idea what it means with "non-empty key", I couldn't find an answer online either...

    posted a message on Testfor an item with an attribute, name, and slot.
    The point: One command block has this command:
    /give @a minecraft:diamond_boots 1 0 {display:{Name:"Shardplate"},AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.movementSpeed",Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Amount:-0.1,Operation:1,UUIDMost:1,UUIDLeast:1}]}

    Another command block tests for this item in the boots armor slot:
    /testfor @p[r=10] {Inventory:[{Slot:100b,id:"minecraft:diamond_boots",display:{Name:"Shardplate"},AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.movementSpeed",Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Amount:-0.1,Operation:1,UUIDMost:1,UUIDLeast:1}]}]}

    I equipped the boots, but when I run the testfor command, I don't meet the requirements...
    I made a chain of command blocks that tests for a full set of "ShardPlate" armor, then apply some potion effects. I used to use just named diamond armor, and that worked perfectly, but when I tried to get fancy with attributes it no longer worked. I'm trying to recreate ShardPlate and ShardBlades from Brandon Sanderson's fantasy saga "The Stormlight Archive". I reccomend it btw, it's a good read.

    posted a message on Amazing floating islands
    Ok I was playing around with the customized settings and accidentally created one of the most shockingly beautiful landscapes I've ever seen.
    Here are some screenshots:

    Fantastic Mountain Some realistic looking island shores Extremely deep oceans Underwater caves (If that's your thing) Some INCREDIBLE floating islands! A general view (with SEUS shaders)

    The seed I was on is "5373505661471886908"
    This is the current preset, I might change it later on and make this completely floating islands, but I am not sure such thing can be achieved...

    Elytra can be explained.

    Players have ponditism and they fall, elytra reduces the amount of ponditism thus a slow fall, with forward acceleration. going high up and diving down is just giving the elytra potential energy. The Elytra does not need air to fly, it just needs energy.

    Maybe you could fire fireworks with Bows? Does that sound cool? I think that sounds pretty cool. It would probably be necessary for the bow to have flame or something.

    posted a message on Nuke using some command blocks and game rules

    I made an extremely powerful explosive.

    First you want to have a command block with this command in it: /execute @e[type=Item] ~ ~ ~ summon Fireball ~ ~-3 ~ {ExplosionPower:2,direction:[0.0,-4.0,0.0]}

    Then, you need a normal redstone clock running into it. But before connecting it, you need to do some necessary things first.

    /gamerule doTileDrops false

    and

    /kill @e[type=!Player]

    you have to set the difficulty to peaceful, and do /kill @e[type=!Player] again a bunch of times. (This is needed to destroy all dropped items and entities)

    Now, you can connect your command block to the redstone clock.

    If you start hearing explosions, /kill everything again.

    If you don't hear explosions, get a nether star and drop it to the ground.

    Fire Balls will start spawning and will make a tunnel downwards. To stop this, you either have to use the /kill command again, or pick it up.

    But for the true nuke, you need to fill a chest with nether stars and break it. This will spawn a bunch of fireballs in one place, and shoot the nether stars everywhere, creating more fireballs.

    If you have a bad computer, it is better to put less nether stars in the chest.

    When you are done just do /kill @e[type=!Player] again.
