Since there were quite a few, I've grouped them a bit. (Hopefully I don't miss any)
Major Changes:
- AMIDST is now under GPL v3
- Completely reworked the profile selector.
- Added automatic seed histories. If AMIDST detects a "history.txt" file next to it, it will write a time stamp followed by the seed for each seed you enter.
- Added smooth fragment fading. (This may be disabled in the options menu) Enabling this will cause all fragments to fade in when loaded.
- Most crashes now create a "crash dialog" containing a log that can easily be pasted.
- A licenses window has been added to the help menu. This will contain all relevant license information for AMIDST and its libraries.
- Added option to set the default world type to any of the world types or "prompt each time".
- Switching maps no longer eats up extra memory. (This will be a huge improvement in memory/processing performance when loading new maps)
- Rendering speeds have been vastly improved.
- Fixed issue where files would not be properly closed.

Minor Changes/Fixes:
- Hidden files/folders now show when opening a world from a file/folder.
- Added 1.7.4 to official version list.
- A new option is availible in the Options menu called "Show Debug Info". Enabling this will add a small panel to the map viewer containing debug information on fragments.
- Library loading now follows OS rules correctly. (This should fix a number of errors with loading)
- AMIDST now returns "4" on crashes. This will change at a later date to include various error codes.
- Mac OS X users should no longer experience the "corrupted" issue.

Command Line Support:
- Added a "-mcpath " flag for users to specify the path to their .minecraft directory.
- Added "-log " flag. Using this flag will cause AMIDST to write all log output to the specified file. AMIDST should create a file if it does not exist.
- Added "-history " to specify where AMIDST should write seed history to. If AMIDST cannot find a file at the path you've specified, it will attempt to make one.

Biome Color Profiles:
Overview: This was something that was added in 3.5, but I've improved on a bit for 3.6. Color profiles let you set what color each biome shows up as. To activate them, simply create a folder named "biome" next to AMIDST. After launching AMIDST again, a new file should appear in that folder called "default.js". It will contain the default options for a color profile. You may edit this directly, or create new color profiles within the folder (following the same design as default.js). Any subdirectories will show up as sub-menus. (There is also support for shortcuts, as mentioned in this post)
- Added support for biome nicknames. (Example: [ "Ice Plains", { "alias":"Really cold place", "r":255, "g":255, "b":255 } ] )
- Duplicate biome colors are now supported.
- default.json is not much cleaner.
- Biome profiles no longer cause an empty profile list when there's a syntax error.
- A new menu option for reloading your list of biome color profiles has been added.

- Fixed loading from amplified worlds.
- Fixed the map jumping around when a menu was opened.

My name is Jolicoeur, so I called it Jolicraft. It's pronounced "Jolly Craft" by the way. My name means "Happy Heart", so I guess Jolicraft means "Happy Craft". So maybe I should have called it HappyCraft, because I'm generally quite happy. But I'm not always happy. Sometimes I run out of wine. Sometimes there's no hot water for my bath. Sometimes when I'm changing my son's diaper, he pees on me.Minecraft is a game about crafting the world around you. What better way to craft the world than to craft the very stuff the world is made of? I had a great time creating Jolicraft, it's so addictive to create textures and see them live in your own world. I didn't really intend to push the pack as far as I did, but damn this [profanity="­"] is addictive. It's as addictive as Minecraft itself, which is saying alot.This is Minecraft people. As with life, don't take it too seriously. A good plentiful helping of Jolicraft will wash the dust away from your dreary world.

Why did you make this 16x16? Wouldn't it be awesomer if it was 32x32 or 128x128 or 1080x1080?I love 16p texture packs. It seems the perfect resolution to match the style of Minecraft. The purposefully crude low-res pixel crafting nature of the game was simply made for 16x16 textures, anything more just feels weird - like drinking red wine while eating hotdogs. Which Notch does every morning at the breakfast table. Although I'm sure one day I'll be bored and play around with a 32x32 version, just for the fun of it.Can you please add more sidegrass?Let me explain why this is almost no sidegrass on Jolicraft dirt. I like sidegrass in many texture packs. Sometimes it works and looks great for the type of grass & dirt they've created. But Jolicraft dirt is different. It's firm and scoopable. The grass is a thin layer on top of the dirt, so more sidegrass makes no sense as it either makes the grass layer feel thicker than I want or it makes the thin grass all droopy. Think of my dirt like cake with icing on top, so when you scoop through it the grass doesn't instantly hang down the side, it stays firm. And the grass overhangs just a tiny bit to cast a slight shadow down the side of the dirt. It's that crisp edge that makes Jolicraft dirt different from other dirt. It's not that I'm against sidegrass in general, just sidegrass in Jolicraft.I asked you to change a texture and you didn't. What gives?I'm sorry. You had good intentions in suggesting a change, but I didn't care for it. Don't be angry! I don't care for lots of stuff that other people like. And I care for lots of things that other folk don't like. And I'm neutral to things that many people aren't neutral to. What a world! This texture pack started off as a 16x16 terrain.png for Creative mode back in 2009. I made it for myself and had no intentions of ever releasing it. As time passed, Indev came along and I adapted this terrain.png to be used with it. It wasn't long after that that Infdev came around and I found out you could get by with 32x32 sized tiles, so I reworked my old tiles, maintaining the general look and feel of my original pack, half of the source files I made were in 64x64. By the time Infdev became known as the main Survival mode, MCPatcher had caught my eye. Since many of my source files were already in 64x64, updating the rest to that seemed the next logical step. At some point though I began to reach a creative block and was unable to objectively review and improve my own work. To solve this I decided to upload and share it to receive constructive criticism. But before I could do that, I decided that a terrain.png wasn't enough for a release of a texture pack for me. And releasing a WIP was out of the question, so around the time of the Halloween update, I spent a whole day doing nearly every single other piece of art I could edit,including the mobs and items. Uploaded it and got the criticism I needed to improve my pack even further for my own personal use. ...Or so I thought!

1. The order of the mods is important as some of them are designed to "overwrite" parts of other mods.
2. The ModLoader has to be first in the mods list, use the button Up to move it to first position. ModLoader is not needed if Forge 4.0 or newer is installed.
3. Then come (if you need them) ModLoaderMP and Forge.
4. Then come the rest of the mods and last comes OptiFine. Only one OptiFine edition may be active as they overwrite each other.
5. Do not forget to start with a clean minecraft.jar. If it is already modified or patched, then some mods may not work correctly.
6. A mod should appear either in the internal or the external mod list, but not in both at the same time.
7. Mods which have status "No mods found" needs to be repackaged to be used. The mod ZIP file usually have a folder "put_in_minecraft_jar" or similar which contains one or more files like "acx.class". The contents of this folder have to be zipped in a separate ZIP file and added as an internal mod. This solution works with almost all problematic mods.
8. If you get an error "No accelerated mode found" or "Bad OpenGL drivers" you may try running Minecraft with less memory. Go to "Setup -> Advanced", enter 256 in the field Memory and test again. This helps with some integrated graphics cards.
