As others have mentioned, the smoothness (blurriness) is off-putting. I do like the obsidian as it has better contrast and has a more defined texture to it, but the tree textures all feel like blurry scaled-down images that are supposed to make it picturesque. May look good in screenshots, but I'm positive would be annoying for me to play with.

Indeed. Any connection type software, even, you're probably better off getting from the manufacturer of the ethernet card.

Use an image editor and save it as a different format. Jpg and png should be fine.

Obviously, we want to fill up the first page with useless comments so that even when the pictures do come, the whole first page is uninformative.

Not really, except the people who end up hearing about this sort of thing. I have a policy of only buying things from BB which will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty so I don't have to deal with their stupid customer service.

Also, you should move the mic away from your face or find one that doesn't catch your breathing. It's really distracting.

I often find myself stroking my beard for any sign of a tangle, and pull on the tangle until it either straightens or a hair comes out, but it's much more managed and doesn't affect the look at all.
