Hi yes, back then Minecraft handled account skins very differently. Back then you would upload the png file of the skin to the official minecraft.net website under a specific account skin link. However, that is now closed for good ever since the newer way of skin usage was developed. To get your current skin you will need to switch over your world from the default launcher to something like the Betacraft launcher for an updated skin.
I would recommend using this on betacraft as I tried it on MultiMC but it never worked, may just be that I am dumb but atleast that tells you betacraft would be easier.
Man this looks cool! Can't wait to try! One question though, could you try doing the /seed command and posting the result? a4 is too short for my knowledge and so the game transferred it to the closest seed.
I think you'd have to say the years it was when you were between 6-7 since the demo world has changed allot depending on what the current update was. After that you or I could probably find it on some wiki or other website based on the year and edition.
We know that as parents, it can be difficult to find safe spaces for you child to express their interests and creativity online and if you are reading this, chances are that you have a child right around now who is looking to get into the multiplayer aspects of Minecraft but you're worried about what they might find. Well look no further, this Minecraft Java Edition server is family-friendly with a very active moderation staff as well as in-game chat moderation and very secure gameplay along with a very friendly and helpful community of players ever since it's beginning in December of 2011.
The server I'm talking about is known as The Sandlot, and was founded by a former school teacher looking for a safe server for children to play by the username Cherrac. Over the many years in operation the server has evolved from purely survival to entire sub-servers with a hub connecting them all each a different game mode for your child to enjoy and socalize online with other members.
The Sandlot is a white-listed server, which means every user has to apply to join on the official website/positive user forums before joining, (link at bottom of post) then which a moderator of the server will check the users history of bans, their username, skin, and other habbits before either accepting or denying them to ensure the safety of all players.
The Sandlot has 10 different gamemodes which are listed below:
Easy Survival - Easy survival is a survival SMP (survival multiplayer) world fit with claims to make your build impossible to grief, along with an economy system were you earn money through doing tasks such as mining or placing blocks which then allows you to use the shop at spawn to buy more blocks and items and nothing is ever in real-money. All this plus the fact that it is always set to Difficulty Easy makes it a great fit for younger players.
Normal Survival - Normal survival is pretty much the same as easy but at a higher difficulty, (Normal,) and without an economy or shop.
Hard Survival - Hard survival is the final SMP option and is different from the others in the facts that 1, it is in the hard difficulty, and 2, the map resets every month giving a new a challenging start for everyone and when you die, you respawn in a completely random location.
Creative - Creative is basically a creative world where everyone has big plots each assigned which cannot be grieved and are allowed to build whatever their heart desires as long as it is kid-friendly. Creative also allows the user to use a handful of custom commands to enhance the experience.
Parkour - The parkour server allows users to play many many community made parkour courses made by the playerbase and approved by the Moderation staff in Creative and has four difficulties, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Crazy, in ascending order.
Skyblock - Skyblock is a classic-ish Skyblock experience with challenges, rewards, and an in-game shop. (Again never using real-money.)
PvP/Arenas - PvP/Arenas is the combat gamemode with various different fighting arenas and minigames incorporated into a spongebob build although not nearly as popular as a later combat gamemode on the list.
Adventure - The Adventure gamemode is one of the two gamemodes on the list that now-a-days is practically a ghost town, the others being Hunger games, and PvP/Arenas. Adventure is a full recreation of the Hogwarts castle, Diagon alley, and many more fun secrets whilst you battle it out against spiders with your magic wand.
Skywars – Skywars is a fast paced PvP game where players start on individual islands floating in the sky, and must use random chest loot to their advantage until they are the last person standing. Skywars has kits and cosmetic items that add to the fun, and leaderboards to keep competition fresh and fun amongst your friends.
Hunger Games – A Player-versus-Player (PvP) game, where players start in a fresh world, and have a period of invulnerability where they may “gear up” before battling to the death. There are chests with random weapons, armor, potions, and food all around the map. The last one standing wins.
Monetization - To help keep The Sandlot running there is an optional VIP rank you can buy that allows small perks in some servers but is never pay-to-win. These minor perks include but are not limited to the following: Being able to fly in the Lobby, Multiple plots in Creative, and the /me command which broadcasts your message to everyone in every game-mode.
Where can I find this? The official website/forums is located at at https://www.sandlotminecraft.com/ where which you can apply to join or read the about us section. As a 3-year well known community member, I hope to see you or your child on soon! =)
I personally was very disappointed at first like many others but over time I began to love the glow ink sacs and they now just feel like a basic necessity for decoration & builds in the base game.

I have seen this played on other forums and I haven’t spotted it here so far. Tell me if it has already been played here and I haven’t seen it.
Basically, the first person will say a name:
‘Pete’
Then, the next person has to say another name that starts with the same letter the last one ended with:
‘Ella’
And it just carries on from there. Here’s a full example.
Player one:
George
Player two:
Evelyn
Player three:
Nancy
Player four:
Yvonne
etc.
Let’s go!
Joseph
