PayPal currently allows this on the payment page. It's something like "Pay with debit/credit (without creating an account)". As Spigot 1.9 was recently released, it's been hard to keep up with all the new builds. However we do our best to keep the builds as up to date as possible. A brand new build was actually just added to our jar distribution system and will be available across all nodes shortly. As for testing, we offer a 24 hour refund guarantee so you can test out the service and if you don't like it just request a refund via ticket within 24 hours of your purchase.

That was quick!
Sorry to sound like a real pain, but would you guys be able to update 1.9 Spigot Build #49 to the newest version? The current one was 55 versions out of date 3 days ago lol, and contains the critical frost walker bug which crashes your server when a frosted ice block melts. This is quite a serious issue for people using 1.9.
The latest Spigot build has been uploaded and will be distributed across all nodes. If it's still not available to you in 24 hours, please open a ticket.

I’ve been with NodeCraft for one month now, and after running several different types of servers on my package I can honestly say it was flawless.
I purchased the 1GB package so I wasn’t able to run too many modpacks, however I gave ByteSize a try (a modpack made by NodeCraft) and it ran perfectly fine. Along with a simple spigot server with a few plugins just to test things out, and eventually my old server that I used to run. This server consists of about 30 plugins, and 7 worlds. To my surprise, it ran fine on such a small amount of memory. I’m sure I could pack about 10-20 players on before maxing out the RAM.
Something that really stands out to me about NodeCraft, is their dedication to their customers and the community. This is a rarity in the industry. Just take a look at their community page (https://nodecraft.com/community) and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Their control panel, NodePanel, is also to die for. It’s fast, fluid, and easy to use. It offers extensive control over your server. Want to get a modded server up in like 2 minutes? It’s possible with NodePanel. Their web FTP almost makes something like FileZilla useless for managing the server. Though to upload a bunch of files and folders, you’ll still find yourself breaking out the ol’ FileZilla, which is fine by me.
Customer support is another biggie I look for in a host. Doesn’t matter if you’ll barely use it, it’s good to know a company is there for you when you do end up needing them. Although I never needed to contact support regarding my server, I had previously spoken with them about some business stuff and was very pleased with the response time and quality.
One request for the control panel - Make it possible for the customer to switch locations without needing to contact support.
Summary: Everything about NodeCraft is perfect. It’s $10/GB, but compare them to the other $10/GB+ hosts and hands down NodeCraft has much more to offer. Although I don’t have a permanent server to keep up, I’ll definitely be using them in the future. It’s obvious they put a lot of work into making NodeCraft what it is. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Yes, generally about 20 players can fit on 1GB of RAM. But you must also take plugins, server type, and world size/activity into account. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you determine exactly how much RAM you need.

Feb 1, 2016citricsquid posted a message on How to advertise your Minecraft Server Host on the Minecraft ForumPosted in: Minecraft Server Hosting
We are not currently processing applications at this time for hosts to advertise in this section. We will update this thread when we start processing applications again.
The Minecraft Server Hosts section requires that all hosts meet the following requirements:
1. The business must be a legally registered business and that business registration information must be displayed on the business website.
3. The business website and control panels must follow security best practices, connections must be secured.
4. All software used by the business must be registered to the business where applicable.
5. Representatives of the business must not have a history of Minecraft Forum rule violations.
Decisions on whether or not to accept an application are made at the discretion of the Minecraft Forum staff. The question we ask when reviewing an application is "do we believe that this host will provide a high quality and secure service to our members?" and if we have doubts about the answer then we will not accept the application.
Applicants should expect a decision within 5 business days, however as this is a free service we make no guarantees about response time, and applicants must not submit multiple applications if they have received confirmation of receipt of their application.
A host that is accepted will be asked to agree to the following terms:
1. All representatives of the company must list "I am a representative of [company]" in their signature, [company] must be the name of the company as listed on minecraftforum.net with the name linking to the thread. 2. All representatives of the company must abide by all forum rules. All company representatives are the responsibility of the company operator(s). 3. All representatives of the company will not at any point engage in any flaming of any other host and will not post anything in any other hosts thread. If they believe another host to be breaking the rules they must report the post and move on. 4. A company representative must be available to respond to any contact from minecraftforum.net forum staff members within 5 business days. 5. A company MUST NOT represent itself as approved by minecraftforum.net, hosts that we have permitted to post on minecraftforum.net in the hosting section do not have any approval from minecraftforum.net, only permission to post. 6. A company and the representatives of that company must not at any point solicit reviews from their customers (or other associates) for a reward. Encouraging reviews is acceptable, offering a reward (discounts, account credit, free services) is not and any instance will result in dismissal from minecraftforum.net. 7. All companies are expected to understand that minecraftforum.net can expect appropriate behaviour from all companies and can terminate any companies access to the forum at any time if behaviour from that company or it's representatives is deemed to be unacceptable.

The Shockbyte server hosting package (i bought the 1gb ram pack.(dirt)) has worked perfectly up to now, there has been no lag, whatsoever. I have spigot 1.7.10 and a very big map(creative server).
The tickets where replied in about 24 hours( couldn't access with FTP(my fault sorry xD)).
I have many plugins, that all work smoothly.
I am very happy with what i received, and i am planing on moving on to the titan package in the future!

I am very disappointed with my service, I had requested cancellation for my server as my friends and I no longer played on it. This was over 2 months ago and my server has still not been shut down and I am continuing to be billed for something I requested to cancel! I have now been waiting for 4 days for a ticket response from the manager as the guy I was previously talking to had no idea how to help with my problem.
Requested cancellation for server, 2 months later still being billed and not cancelled. Manager won't respond to ticket either.
This was resolved in your ticket and a refund was issued.
A refund has already been issued to this client. The issue was that a payment subscription had not been cancelled in PayPal. We are able to offer refunds for overpayments/accidental payments like this. This forum is not a support forum - we handle support requests through our support/ticket system on our website.
