Griefing: Griefing is a big no-no for me, depending on the size of the grief, temp-ban or ban.
Spamming: Warn them, then mute if they don't stop.
Advertising: Warn them if it was accidental or small. If they are spamming it, I would mute them, kick them if it proceeds later.
Cursing/Constant Cursing: Warn them, then mute if continued.
Banned Items(Tekkit Rule): Confiscate and warn, if proceeds, then kick or temp-ban depending on how bad it is.
Asking for OP, Ranks, or Items: Warn them after one time, mute after.
Racist or Sexist Remarks: Warn, mute for awhile and kick right after to get my point across if it's that bad.
Mods/Hacks: Instant ban. No one likes cheaters, they ruin all the fun. Of course, if I can't prove it right away, I'll wait till I can.
Other Staff abusing there powers: Warn them immediately, and ask you if I can demote them.

Swuu is a busy person, they have trouble with finding time to mod. He is constantly busy, I know this because I keep in touch with him and we come up with ideas on how we would make things work.
My friend had a bukkit server host not to long ago, with several plugins. He said some guy hosted it for him for free. My friend got tired of the server and got rid of it. I'm wondering if anyone could host me a free server? I don't want a 4 slot vanilla clearly. Although a bigger amount of slots and vanilla is fine, I would prefer a bukkit. On maxcraft, a cracked server in 2013/early 2014 I was a mod.
Shadowcraft 2013/2014 as a mod.
Worked on various other servers as just "mods" with mute/kick/ban. Trafficking 30-100 players daily.
